Involved in the electronic scene for more than six years, just in 2003 Ale Reeves starts her career as DJane, dedicating herself to transform all the tracks she has played in. She has shared her set with several renowned DJs in Chile, Argentina and Mexico. Her set is mainly based on electro, electro wave and techno, leading her public through a journey that awakens memories, including a remix of great hits from the 80s and 90sonly to ignite later the track with the best techno.
Unforgettable performances such as Open Rave Iquique, Divas Night (Blondie), Club Open and Go West (the two later in Mendoza, Argentina), LOVEPARADE South America 2005 and recently in Mexico (Mexico City and Queretaro) have confirmed that she has come to impose her music and energy.
Ale was educated by friends and a DJ School, under the coaching of DJ Wask and DJ Tressor and she has demonstrated that in her short experience she has been able to position herself with talent in front of her audience and inside the local electronic scene, just like she did when she was crowned Number 1 DJ in the Contest organized by the Municipality of Providencia (Juventud2mil) and also when she was one of the official faces for Loveparade South America 2005.
Achievements like these, along with her beauty, make the track become and idilic scenario of sounds, images and performance. Among her current projects is the production of her own themes, under the wing of the renowned DJ, Tony Mass, and also continuing to pursue the conquer of the local and, of course, internacional scenes. Along with Lexx (Colombia) and Daniela Haverbeck, they form the first female DJs collective in Chile: Believe It!

Nici Belucci an attractive and modern girl, is the leading female DJ in Hungary. Eroticism is part of her life, this is the reason why she also plays topless. She became the synonym for inspired eroticism, beauty and energy. She stays for the new generation of female DJs worldwide, they are beautyful, desirable,  alluring and charming. Niki, had a considerable past in sports. Hungarian and International champion, 2nd and 3th place in the South American championship in gymnastics, has started her sports career at the Ferencvrosi Torna Klub (one of the most famous Hungarian Clubs). Despite that the sports lady trained with commitment for 10 years and reached successes, she traveled all across the world. The few month she spent in the porno industry brought her real fame in Hungary.
At the event of the Porno Oscar Price Awarding Gala she declared to quit the porno industry because she wanted to make career with her former hobby, DJing. At that time she had already been roaming small clubs with her bakelite plates entertaining people. Niki launched herself into the club life in autumn 2003. Together with friends, who showed her how to work with the Vinyls, she spent the time with practice of mixing and listening to the Vinyls in record shops. Since 2003 she had over 200 appearances allover the country, as well as in Slovakia, Serbia, Romania and Austria.
Niki prefers techno and house music what reveals in the material of her album. It was composed together with Zsolt Sutk. The album came out in the beginning of December 2004 under the publishing of MIMA MUSIC. This album helped her to get bookings in all the Clubs, Discos, Radio and TV Shows in Hungary. At the moment she is the main act in the TV Reality Show Big Brother.
2006 Niki will present her second album in Hungary and will get member as a DJane for Chicaria Records, one of the leading House and Electro Labels in Germany.

Name: Maria Eugenia Gonzalez
Birth Year: 1982
Currently stays: Caracas  Venezuela
Works as: DJane, Producer, Remixer, Model
Music Style: Minimal, Electro, Tech-House
Mara, alias DJane Meg, was born 1982 in Caracas (Venezuela). Meg was interested in music from the early start. At the age of 9, she started in the school of Classic Ballet Ana Maria Correa. Later she began to study contemporary dance and ballet at  El Ateneo de Caracas and El Teresa Carreo.
Electronic Music and Clubbing were in her blood from a teenie age on and she decided early to follow this path. Her biggest influence was watching some of Venezuela Top DJs or big names like Deep Dish, Timo Maas, David Morales or Satoshi Tomiie, performing in some of Caracas top clubs.  With 21 years she decided to express music through the vanguardism and technology. Taking the art from the mixture and the electronic production as a form of artistic and musical expression. At the same time she developed her studies of social communication at the Santa Marias University.
DJ Meg had her fist experience as DJane in the DJ School in Caracas  Venezuela, and later she dedicated herself to the production under the management and guidance of DJ and Producer Tony Funichelly.
In the past three years since she started djing, Meg has built up a lot of experience in many different forms of house music: Club, Vocal, Minimal, Acid, Tech and Electro-House. Her experience grew steadily as she played at parties and clubs in Caracas and later on in Maracay. Playing in different Radio and TV-Shows that makes her also popular in the neighbour countries. After a while she caught the eye of cigarettes and alcohol companies that booked her for different promotion tours, this helped her also to get more bookings in Colombia and in Panama as first DJane from Venezuela.
Meg is a beautiful and talented woman with an amazing energy behind the decks: When I'm spinning, the major influence is the vibe coming from the dancing crowd on the floor. So I just listen to the feeling, and put my records on. That's why I never pick out my records before, to play them in a prefixed order.
Today she is one of the 5 best DJs in Venezuela, her ranking as No. 4 in the Venezuela Top DJ Awards 2005 demonstrate her success. For 2006 she plans to conquist Latin America and does her first expierince in Europe.

Manchester-based DJ Oliver Lang is having the time of his life at the moment.  Having spent the last few years playing here, there and everywhere, it seems that his ship has finally come in - Manchester Evening News July 2005
The arrival of Oliver Lang at the forefront of clubland has been as well-timed as one of his mixes.  2005 has been a monster step forward for the Mixmag Future Hero as he continues to go from strength to strength with Serious Artist Management. With a versatility in style that few DJs can claim, laying down everything from filthy electro to pure funked up house, Oliver is now playing every weekend up and down the UK, rocking the dancefloors of the hottest clubs and most exclusive venues in the country, including the likes of Gatecrasher, Godskitchen, Escape and Turnmills.  Every DJing debut has led to further bookings, resulting in a supremely hectic schedule but one that the hard working DJ takes in his stride.  When asked how Serious has helped over the past year, Oliver replies Signing to Serious has massively helped my production because Ive been allowed more time in the studio producing tracks rather than being on the phone getting gigs.  Its also great having a voice as a DJ and it makes my life easier as I dont miss any opportunities that arise.
Earlier this year during the Miami Winter Music Conference, Oliver rocked the Nikki Beach Club with Radio 1, playing alongside DJs such as Judge Jules and Eddie Halliwell with a legendary set which received many rave reviews.  Armed with a banging collection of his latest productions, Oliver hit the conference with full force, making solid progress with a varied range of industry professionals.
Oliver has been dividing his time in between his hectic DJ schedule and the recording studio by working on several different house music records.  He recently landed a massive remix project working with Jamiroquai, on his current single 7 days in Sunny June and his remix was chosen by Sony BMG for major release.  This has recently been moved up to the Radio 1s A list, charting at No 4 in the Buzz Chart and is available in all major record stores from August 15th 2005.  Sony were so pleased with Olivers results that a further two more remixes are in the pipeline for Jamiroquais Dynamite album.
As if that wasnt enough, Oliver recently teamed up with an Austrian Producer Sergio Flores.  Their work quickly came to the attention of Tenor Records who sealed a deal to release two new tracks (You Dont Know & I Call It House) in the autumn. Furthermore four of Olivers own productions (ControlRushBreak U DownSatisfaction)  have .  And finally, should  as if that wasnt enough for you house music lovers  a further two tracks will be released on J-Funk Recordings in association with Jason Herd.
Another of Olivers highlights this summer was recently DJing in Egypt @ The Summer Moon in Agamy, where he again went down a storm.  When asked about some of his best moments so far this year Oliver remarks my highlights of the year have been playing in Egypt, Dubai, Thailand, Austria, The Cross (London), my new monthly Egg Residency and for Dusted in Ibiza but these days all of my gigs are great!  Oliver is known for the kind of chunky, tribally house music that sets dance floors alight: My sound constantly evolves.  Its not so different to last year but I would say that the electro sound has reared its head in my DJ sets.  I do a lot more tricks and live edits in my sets than ever before and my understanding of the crowd and music is more honed than ever. Now a regular face on the Ibiza club circuit, after seven previous summers playing the likes of El Divino, Amnesia, Bora Bora and Privilege, Oliver returned to the island as weekly resident for Dusted every Friday @ EDEN. The summer of 2005 has proven to be one of Olivers best yet! The young Mancunian took Eden by storm at the opening party and lived up to his reputation by delivering an upbeat and original set that got the party started in style, playing week in work out Oliver has gained quite a following amongst the workers on the island who have even nicknamed themselves The Oliver Lang Gang -  A 7th summer of Ibiza madness and continuing phenomenal success on devils isle for Oliver!
He has succeeded far beyond his years, which still only number 26.  His arrival may seem smooth and seamless, but the reality is that he has been DJing for precisely half of those years, a precocious talent, brought up in an already musical household (his Dad played bass in 60s pop band The Mindbenders).  Oliver was playing in clubs at 14.  He had a record released at 16.  At 18 he had already packed his record box and moved to Ibiza.  So, his success and popularity are by no means an overnight concern  Oliver has been working hard to be the DJ he is today the DJ turning every promoters ear.
Oliver is evolving bigger and better every year and when asked whats next on the agenda he replies My plans are: Loads of productions with more remix work on the cards, along with some great gigs in Singapore October, and my mini USA Tour in November.
This year so far Oliver has graced the decks alongside Judge Jules, Yousef, Jon Carter, Mutiny, Steve Angello, Norman Jay, CJ Mackintoshand nowadays Oliver really is living the dream, rocking dance floors across the world with his unique funky, tribal sound and unrivalled enthusiasm.  Watch out for him rocking a dancefloor near you soon

Jos story began in 1991 when she noticed a distinct lack of female DJs. So as a music lover Jo bought some decks and it wasnt long before people took notice
While working in the Gaultier shop in Soho, Jo made mix tapes and gave them to friends and customers to see their response. The reactions were better than expected. Her first gigs ensued and were mainly at fashion after-show parties, which then escalated into her DJing for club events. Taking her stage name from the boxer Smoking Joe Fraser, Jo felt it provided ambiguity instead of an obviously feminine name  at the time it was seen as a novelty to be a female DJoh how times change  and its partly thanks to people like Jo that these shifts in attitudes have taken place.
Jo is certainly on fire at the moment. For the past 18 months she has been rocking the planet as one half of the dance floor phenomenon that is NastyDirtySexMusic. The partys ethos has been heavy on cutting edge music and low on profit making. It has reigned supreme since its inception under a moonlit Ibizan beach in the summer of 2004; where they threw a free party for anyone that kept their ear to the ground long enough to know about it. The success of the NDSM parties saw it become We Love Sundays at Space newest resident last year, not bad considering it started life as an illegal rave! By late summer 2004 Jo and Tim were playing in The Red Box, fast forward to summer 2005 and NDSM were terrace regulars. A massive achievement in a small space of time we think youll agree.
A full tour of Asia and Australia in the winter of 2004 also cemented NDSMs status as did its mix compilation album; a double CD released by Ministry of Sound in June 2005 - NastyDirstySexMusic Sessions was recorded live in front of a baying crowd. MOS also played host to NastyDirtySexMusic nights on a bi-monthly basis  these have been the busiest nights at Ministry for some time.  NDSM also recorded a remix of Skins latest track Alone in my Room.
But never one to rest of her laurels NDSM will come to an end on New Years Eve 2005 as it gets laid to rest with a party of monster proportions at Ministry of Sound. As one thing ends another begins and that comes in the form of Nude. It started in May 2005 at The Key, (there was also a fabulous Nude beach party in Ibiza this summer) and has already been snapped up by Ministry of Sound and will hold bi-monthly parties there from February 2006. Nude is one for the club kids and fashionistas, theatrical and oh-so-hedonistic youre as likely to find a group of drag queens dressed to the nines as you are a serious music-heads. Nude is co-promoted by Terry Hart, who is known for clubs such as Go!Zilla and Drama. The aim with Nude is to bring back a bit of theatre to clubland, the atmosphere on the night is still very nastydirty but far more twisted, sleazy and outrageous, with lots of freaks, colourful characters, up for it party people and cool clubbers!
With this hive of activity its almost easy to forget Jos success as an artist in her own right. This summer she played solo dates at Amnesia for Made in Italy as well her usual ongoing plight with planes, trains and automobiles for her DJing gigs across the world. Jo sights the uber-cool Angels of Love in Naples and of course Space in Ibiza as some of her favourite clubs to spin at. She was also taken on by prestigious American DJ agency AM Only and in May a tour of the US ensued.
Thats now covered but where did it all begin? In the early nineties, Jo was given a chance to play at Londons legendary Trade night at Turnmills. She absolutely rocked the dance floor and was given a residency that lasted three years, this was her platform to winning such accolades as DJ magazines highly coveted DJ of the Year Award. Her undeniably fresh sound has carved her a niche in club land. Over the years she played everything from US house to electro, whatever she plays you can guarantee its always new and exciting.
Her own production effort State of Mind was championed by Seb Fontaine on Radio 1 and released on Distreackt Records. Other previously released tracks include The Psycho Bitch EP, the hugely successful collaboration with Pete Heller called Fishbone Sleepers and Yanu which was critically acclaimed by journalists and DJs alike. Danny Tenaglia and BBC Radio 1s Pete Tong are huge fans of her work, with regular radio and club play. In addition Jo has also remixed tracks and has twiddled the knobs on the 1993 biggie High by Hyper-Go-Go, Charlie Big Potato by Skunk Anansie and Make U Whole by Androncius to name but a few.
Jo also mixed the Terrace CD for the Space Album that was released on Azuli Records. This follows on from the other successful compilations Jo has under her belt; Defected Sessions 14 on Defected Records, DEF Com 2 and the tough, tribal, deep and sexy, SJ01, released through Trust the DJ. Jo also mixed a cover mount CD for Muzik magazine in the summer of 2001.
Being the undisputed queen of Ibiza Jo was assigned to do her postcards from Ibiza reports on Pete Tongs Essential Selection on Radio 1 in 2003 and 2002. As Jo has been going to Ibiza for 15 years, she was perfect for the role where she gave weekly reports of all the latest gossip, club news and goings on in Ibiza. Jo was also asked to do an Essential Mix for Radio 1 as part of their 'Ibiza Heroes' series, which was broadcast on 20th September 2003.
In 2004 Jo signed up to the Heineken Thirst world tour which saw her play alongside other international superstar DJs such as Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold, Tiesto and Deep Dish. The tour reached hundreds of thousands of clubbers in 35 different countries in the Far East, Aisa, Australasia, The Middle East, Europe, USA and Canada.
Jos international credibility has led her to work alongside numerous celebrities, DJing at The Pet Shop Boys end of tour party, Grace Jones concert, Skunk Anansies album launch party, Jamiroqauis South African tour parties, as well as fashion events like Alexander McQueen, Michiko Koshinos and Julian Macdonald after-show parties. She has featured in Brett Easton-Ellis book Glammarama, (Author of American Psycho) and been voted No. 26 in Elle Magazines Hot 100. Her face has also graced magazines like Glamour, Company, Cosmopolitan, Esquire, FHM, Time Out, Moda, Mixmag, M8, DJ and IDJ as well as having features in The Sunday Times, The Independent and The Telegraph Magazine.
Jo was also been signed on by Storm Model Agency in their Celebrity Section and was the face for a major billboard campaign for the Sega video game Mortal Combat. 2002 saw Jo become the face for Pioneer, whereby she entered into an advertising campaign for HDJ 1000 professional stereo headphones. In 2002 Jo entered into presenting and made her debut as a presenter for MTV: Dance in Ibiza as well as presenting for Radio One at the Mardi Gras and in Ibiza in 2002. Also in Ibiza Jo was the resident DJ for Vivid @ Space, which was sponsored by Bacardi. This was part of the now legendary We Love Sundays at Space, where Jo played alongside Steve Lawler on the terrace

HISTORY
Turning the clock back a few years, in fact 14 years, to when Jo first got involved in dance music: It wasnt really a surprise given her work in the early days of Flying Records and that she was in the shop alongside Rocky and Mark Wilkinson, Jo couldn't help but get the bug for DJing convincing Mark to teach her how to mix, never realizing how far it would take her.

Miss Jarea started her career way back in 1997 as a Drumn Bass DJ, but it wasnt until the year 2000 that she discovered the UK underground scene and got totally addicted to that sound. Finding her true passion, she shortly after started her first performances all across Norway, building her name from the small local clubs to huge renowned events like Sundance, Milk Club, Resurrection and even Hyperstate / Biblos. With weekly broadcastings on international web radios such as PureDJ.com and ID&T Radio, international gigs and releases, Miss Jarea is Scandinavias Nr.1 DJ.
Playing a smooth blend of UK HardHouse, HardTrance, Dutch HardStyle, NRG and HardTechno, Jarea has many faces.
On the production side, Miss Jarea has been releasing projects since 2001, and currently several big international labels such as Riot, Nukleuz, Passion, Scum records and Vicious Circle have shown interest in her work. In January 2005, Jarea made a record deal with Carnal Records, and is currently releasing major floor fillers on this label.
Under pressure of the increasing international demand for her performance, Miss Jarea moved to Amsterdam in 2003, where she hooked up with among others the Dutch HardTrance promoter Q-Dance witch resulted in a performance at QlubTempo.
During that year she managed to arranged a brand new residency in LA and various other bookings in Scandinavia, Holland, Switzerland, Poland, Germany, Luxembourg, Egypt, USA, Canada and UK to mention a few. Currently, Jarea is working on her upcoming productions and planning her 2007 world tour.
Her first EP Missing You / No Control got signed to Carnal Records (Purple Eye Entertainment) early in 2005 and has been hitting Dance Charts all across the globe for several months since its release in January 2005. Her 2nd EP Move Ya Head / Evil Seeds released October 17th same year, also received massive feedback and airplay worldwide!!!
The Ep was listed as one of the 20 most sold HardTrance EPs last winter and received great reviews by several big international djs like Marco V and Tom Harding as well as music magazines, including the International Upfront and DJ Magazine which listed it as one of Top 5 must have tracks - rated 5/5 stars. Even the UK based and very influential radio BBC 1's radio show The Residency as well as Judge Jules regularly play Miss Jarea's tracks on their shows.
The current upcoming release Brain Damage / Schizophrenia and RBA-No Alternative remix has been getting great promo feedback from some of the biggest UK producers and djs in the world, predicting this to be a huge dance floor filler this summer.

Biography
GREG DOWNEY is one of the freshest new talents emerging onto the club scene at the moment.   Greg has been DJing for 4 years now at various clubs in and around Belfast where he grew up.  He has also spent three seasons out in Ibiza.  Throughout this time, Greg has played for Gatecrasher at Space, Euphoria at Eden and several other events including Sundissential and Storm.  Very recently, he played for MTV at their Medonism Festival in Ibiza.  Greg also ran his own successful night Pulse on the island for two seasons.
Greg has been very successful in competitions he has entered.  He won the prestigious DJ competition held by superclub Eden, resulting in him being given a set after Radio 1s very own Dave Pearce.  Recently he won yet another, Irelands BBM Magazine DJ Competition.  Greg was given a full write up/interview in the magazine and tipped to be one of the next big DJs to come out of Ireland.  Greg has also been featured in the Sunday Life, Irelands largest newspaper and in Mixmag as a DJ to look out for.
Having already built up a strong following in Ireland, Greg is now starting to launch his career in England where he is resident for Scream at The Station in Bristol, and with forthcoming dates all over the UK and Ireland, Greg is going from strength to strength..
Greg has recently secured his own weekend slot on Fire 107.6 fm based in the south of England, bringing his sound onto the radio.
Greg is also a keen producer.  Look out for his new track CLIMATE which was produced in collaboration with Belfast artists D.A.S.K.  This track has been causing quite a stir everywhere he has been playing recently, and from early reactions looks set to be very successful.
Q&A
Music Policy: His style combines underground and uplifting trance with a touch of techno.
From: Belfast
Year of birth: 1980
Management Agency: None
Residency: Scream
Bookings Contact: @SarahPVC
No. of records: 2,000
Started playing: 1997
All time top 3 tunes:
1. Prodigy: No Good (Start The Dance) For me, this was my most influential tune.  I was only fourteen when I first heard it and it got me hooked on serious dance music.  Definitely one of the most cutting edge tracks ever made.
2. DJ Misjah and Tim Access This is another golden oldie that never leaves my box.  It has a really tuff acidy sound which was well before its time and it still does damage when I play it today.
3.  Rank 1 The Citrus Juicer Might seem like a bit of an odd choice but this is an old trancer from Rank 1 before they got massive and in my opinion its one of the best trance tracks ever made.  Its quite different but its a real stormer.
Worst DJing moment: It has to be the second time I ever played out.  I was only 17 and I went to start off my set, I faded out the other DJs last tune and went to start my first record.  I cued it up and let it play only to realise that the needle was knackered and it skated right across the tune making the worst noise you could imagine.  It was the jeers and laughs though that put the icing on the cake though!!
Would most like to play: Main Room, Amnesia, Ibiza
Most enjoyable set you've played: There are two that stick in my head;
The first was on my 20th birthday when I played at the closing party of Euphoria at Eden in Ibiza 2000.  I came on after Dave Pearce, the place was packed and everyone was going mad.  I was nervous because that was the first really big club that I played in but I loved it.
The second was on New Years Eve just past.  I was playing at The Coach in Ireland and the atmosphere is amazing.  You wont play to a better crowd than the people who go there and its definitely one of the best clubs I have ever played at
When you're not DJing you're: in the studio making tracks
Favourite DJ: Guy Ornadel
Favourite Venue: Amnesia Ibiza
Favourite Promotion: Gatecrasher
Favourite Producer: Push
Favourite Label: I dont really have a favourite label but I think Bonzai have been the most consistent over the last year.
Biggest Influence: As far as DJing goes, one of my friends Stevie McMaster.  A top DJ who has definitely taught me a thing or two.
Drink: Good old pints of Stella!  I love beer but I have also been known to hit the vodka when Im full up with beer!
Non-music pastime: A night in with my fiance and a bottle of wine.
Words of wisdom: Dont shite on your own doorstep!
If you could change the colour of the sky what colour would it be?:  Metallic Brown
Did you ever fancy your dinner lady at school?:  Nah

Andy's talents are quite unbelievable, His favourite style is funky, soulful and vocal house, but he can play so much more. After having his own Friday night show on Paradise city radio he soon realised he could play a hefty mixture of Trance, Techno and early Hard House to a very receptive audience. After 10 years in the trade he has settled his music down to play more soulful house in way you have never seen before.
This has been proven after a yearlong Friday and Saturday night residency at Cafe Inseine in Leeds. To back up his DJ work he is now attending Leeds College of music and gaining himself a HND. Residencies: Adrenalin, Zest, After Dark and Dance Factory
Greatest Achievement: Playing and writing for M8 Magazine

This break and a little more hard work led to a weekly residency at an established and popular club called Adrenalin in Fife. This new role gave him the chance to play alongside some of the rave scenes biggest names from both England and Scotland. From there Graeme became involved in writing event and record reviews fro M8 Magazine for around 2 to 3 years. More gigs followed and it wasn't long before he was booked to play at Dance planet in Cornwall, an 8000 capacity rave by the sea. This performance led to a second booking from the promoter and also an impromptu stand-in set a Dance planet event at the Sanctuary in Milton Keynes. Since then he has gone on to play at Dance factory in Preston and Zest at the After dark in Leeds. He has now moved on from the rave scene and found his new musical home in the form of Hard House and is settling in quite nicely. He runs his own night in Edinburgh and somehow finds time to produce his own music.

DJ KUTSKI
Music: Hard Trance & NRG
Residencies: Elevate, Base, Fluffy & Damnation
Greatest Achievement: Winning 2 DJ competitions!!
Kutski is by far a better scratch DJ/Turntablist than Eddie Halliwell. This may seem a bold statement to make, but once you have heard him no doubt you will also agree. To date he has played at Sundissential, Gatecrasher, Goodgreef, Base, Damnation, Parlez-vous and Elevate to name but a few. Wherever he goes he is guaranteed to woo the masses with his intriguing blend of hard trance and NRG topped off with a big helping of scratching and turntable tricks. His career started with sets alongside some of the most legendary hardcore dj's then progressed onto the Hardhouse/trance scene. In this time he has played alongside the great and the many, including Lisa Lashes and Rob Tissera. Alongside his mixing talents he has had time to produce his own records, whose release is imminent and will no doubt progress him further into eagerly awaited limelight. If you see Kutski's name on a flyer go check him out, if you can get pass the already feverish crowd that is!!
EL CAPTINO
Music: Hard House, Trancecore / Freeform
Residencies: Kemistry, Damnation & Cyberdog
Greatest Achievement: Playing for the Cyberdog crew
El Captino's introduction to the music scene began in 1997 with a fleeting dabble in the world of hardcore, house & trance. He soon found himself right in the middle of the Hard House scene and was soon whisked away by this bouncier sound. Since then he has incorporated trancecore and freeform into his sets along with a light sprinkle of NU NRG. This has made him stand out from the rest of his fellow DJ peers, and brought him much success by staying true to the music he loves. As well as playing at Kemistry he now co-promotes it, which in itself has brought him further notoriety. Cyberdog and Damnation have also asked him to step on board and help their already flourishing nights. Paul Glazby, Karim & Lee Haslam have all played after El Captino and have pointed out his panache for DJ'ing. This natural talent and flair will only help him create a bigger name for himself!!
DJ EASTY
Music: Trance & Hard Trance
Residencies: Cyberdog Leeds
Greatest Achievement:  Winning a set at the Tidy weekender 2002
Although Easty only began experimenting behind the decks in June of 2000, the two years that have since elapsed have seen his continual rise, as both a DJ and in the dance music world. His first experience with what would soon become his art led career, was an unexpected invitation to DJ for Cyberdog in Leeds. He was not only met with growing support, but with excellent exposure, as his presence was soon brought to the attention of many promoters.
His future is brightly guided by continual and ever-more-promising engagements, such as a residency at Cyberdog and The Wednesday Wiggle, alongside DJ Chris Impact. His most recent engagement was at the Tidy weekender in Wales. After winning the 4clubbers.net DJ Competition he won over a crowd of 6000 people.
He has a magical way of incorporating many styles of dance music into one set.
He's unique, fast, uplifting and energetic, three characteristics of any performer, which distinguish his sound as an unforgettable experience.

Biography
Started DJing in Napa, CA. Learned by playing along side great Trance DJ's, like Milo... partnered with DJ Astro, and even spun among great hiphop DJ's such as Shabu. Now playing up and down California, from Long Beach to the San Francisco.

Music Policy
I tend to be a trance kid, but also enjoy the hard hitting beats aswell. I like the music to be a sort of adventure for the party goers, making 'em feel the emotions I do as I spin. DJing is a very spiritual experience for me. The sound of the bass, the lights spelling out the song, and the crowd... oh the crowd.

Biography:  ColTheMedik used to go to clubs like Tin Tins and Sundissential years ago and was always making a nuisance of himself in the DJ booth.  He made a point of watching and learning from all the great djs of that time i.e.  Andy Farley, Tony De Vit and Paul Kershaw and tried to learn as much as possible about djing before he took to the turntables himself.
He took up his quest to become a hardhouse DJ around 3 1/2 years ago.  He got his first set of decks in September 1999 as a present from his brother and it wasn't long till he was playing for mates at party's and the like.  Infact!  Believe it or not, he played his first gig 3 months after first starting to a crowd of 500 at a rave in a skatepark in Birmingham on millenium night.
He has to say that after having played to a crowd of 500 at such an early stage of his djing career, he was well and truly hooked and decided then to make it one of his goals to play at both his two favourite clubs. (Sundissential and Tin Tins)  He is happy to say he has played at both those clubs now.
His first big break came in 2000 when he was intoduced to the promoter of CRUNCH.  The guy had never heard him play before, never mind not having met him before.  He took a risk on him and gave him residency playing warm up sets.  Thanks to him Col was able to get himself recognised in Birmingham.  He was soon playing at alot of the hardhouse clubs in the midlands and now has residencies at SHAFT, Saturday SHAFT, AFTERSSENTIAL and held a residency at CRUNCH.
About a year ago he was given the opportunity to run his own night called SHAFT  in Birmingham at Decades Musik Bar. He was totally new to the whole promotion side of things so it was definately an up hill struggle for him, especially doing it on his own with no promotional experience.  Luckily he was introduced to the lads from REAL FM (Toni De Leon, Projek K, Padge and CID) They jumped onboard and gave him much needed help and advice.  Thanks to the help of them and his co-promoter Mark H. Shaft has now moved on to bigger and better things and is without a doubt a name that people in Birmingham and all over clubland associate with the hardhouse scene.
Music Policy:   He would describe his style as tough chunky hard trance and hard house with a bit of acid techno thrown in at the end of his sets every now and then.  He has got to say that his mixing style is never the same week in week out.  He is a great believer in always trying to better himself and try new techniques and styles.  His sets do vary enormously. However!  The majority of the time he starts of trancey and proggresively get faster and harder as the minutes tick away and finds this works wonders with the crowd.
He has a unique and natural ability to interact with the clubbers.  It's important as a  DJ to get the vibe and atmosphere right in a club.

Jana only Started DJ'ing about a year ago, however as most things in life, being a girl she kept at it and picked it up in no time (unlike most of us lads who give up!).  As a clubber she had always admired DJ's and become addicted to the music, the natural progression was to get a set of decks! Jana's inspiration and biggest influence came first from Lisa Pin-up and then the likes of Nick Sentience and BK.

DJ Billy Gonzalez is known for his tight technical ability as well as breadth and variety of tune selection. Being an open-minded and true lover of the various genres of dance music, he has mastered the art of Balearic DJing, that is to say he will play whatever best suits the mood or will best take the party in the direction he wants it to go. Whether warming the crowd up early on or rocking the place late into the night he has something special to offer and always responds to the club's atmosphere and the crowd itself..
Having started out as a trance DJ under the guise of MrE, he started by making mix cds for friends and playing at parties, learning what keeps a crowd going, builds them up, breaks them down and getting feedback all the while. Having enjoyed clubbing for many years, his social group consisted of many Djs/producers and clubbers all sharing a passion for the music whom have all influenced the artist- none more so than his brother Kristian, also known as The Road Runner.
While at university he joined the LSE's Underground Dance Music Society and was given the opportunity to play at a number of events held in the Underground Bar. Rather than playing to trance fans, regulars at nights like Serious at the Cross he experienced a new target audience of students and post-grad students from all over the world who wanted to hear more of the breaks and house records hed been collecting all the while. One night he played breaks for the first set and then dropped some DnB for the final set of the night, much to the surprise of those lasting all the way through!

His performances there attracted a lot of attention, earning him recommendations to promoters and soon enough the sets were coming in thick and fast. While based in Shoreditch he played at nights held in The Charterhouse Bar, Parker's Place, Fluid, Bar 1920, Bed, The Bear, Ember and all the while continued to rock the party scene gaining a reputation for his special blending of house, breaks, electro, techno and trance.
His prime-time club debut came in March 2003 when asked to play a set in The Quad, the hour just before Judge Jules. Bridging from funky house before him, he kept the rhythm going adding techier sounds through the set climaxing to a Trance finale ready for the Judge to take over. He remembers asking Jules if ready to take over to which he replied "No Im enjoying this. Do you want to stay on for a bit more?" This led to him being booked the following September for Party Like Theres No Tomorrow once again playing with Judge Jules, this time for 2 hours in the main room of Turnmills.
In 2004 two of his mixes, Ethereal Trance 1 & 2 were selected to be showcased on chemical-records and he was invited to play live on Pulse FM radio station. Getting on well with producers of the show he was invited back to host his own show "An Education in Dance" which can be heard Thursdays 1230-1400 on Pulse FM on the radio-waves and also live on the internet. At the Pulse FM Awards in April he won the "Best DJ" category, adding another feather to his cap.
Always responding to changes in tastes and shifts in the club scene, his second trip to Ibiza showed him a new sound coming out from DJs such as Felix the Housecat, Danny Ghenacia & Benny Benassi, whom he met with and discussed the new electro-funk genre. He returned to London with an aim to champion this new sound, dropping it into his regular sets at the Masque Bar, Kings Cross.
2005 will see the release of 4 bootleg titles and a remix on the newly formed Looney Tunes record label as well as the release of his compilation series' entitled Funct House & Breaks Electro. He was voted in as new president of the UDMS and has taken this organization in new directions, organizing a DJ competition and putting on some wild parties at Play, 93 Feet East and Plastic People.

As the night went on Ian Cashman invited me to join him b2b for the final Trance set.

Ryan Blair hails from the Port of Larne, home to international DJ sensations Fergie, Robbie Nelson and Gleave Dobbin.
From humble beginnings as a light jock in a local nightclub, Ryans career has progressed steadily and he can be spotted on the weekly bills for some of Northern Irelands top night spots. His versatility scores him highly with clubbers as he knocks out sets comprising funky grooves, chunky house and tech-edged trance.

Breaking his DJing teeth in 92 playing to capacity crowds at Rafters in Larne, Ryans early ventures seen him spin records up and down the North Coast with his residency at Club Fiction in Ballymena, where he played alongside Lush resident DJ Col Hamilton and the legendary Matthew Roberts.

He has went on to play regularly at High on Life events in Dundalk and leading clubs such as Clublands in Cookstown, Coach in Banbridge, Thompsons Garage and Club Matrix in Dungannon. As well as holding down a residency at the ever-popular Soi in Portrush and the flourishing new club-night Sin at Laverys in Belfast, Ryan continues to travel across the Irish Sea on a regular basis to entertain hordes of Scottish clubbers in Club Teaze just outside Glasgow.

In 2002 Ryan hit the airwaves as part of a heavy-weight DJ line-up at Fergies Homecoming Bash which was broadcast live on BBC Radio One. His accessible sound has continued to reach the masses via Clubtrax and Credo on Citybeat 96.7fm, Pete Snoddens Eupho on Cool fm and Dublins finest 2fm. On tranceairwaves.com and trancesend.com his mixes have been aired alongside the very best including Armin Van Burren, Paul Van Dyk and Tiesto. Also his mixes have been getting exposure on Brazil radio (www.danceparadiseradio.co..br)

Since August, Ryan has been boxed up in the studio working on original material to launch in 2006. The first production he completed was a remix of Poltergeist Vicious Circles  the track is already getting the thumbs up from the likes of Anne Savage, Rob Tissera, Mark Sherry (Public Domain), Agnelli & Nelson, Gleave Dobbin, Jay Pigeon. The Ryan Blair remix features on the forthcoming Ministry of Sound Frantic Euphoria 2005 compilation, (dec 05) mixed by the leading lady of hard dance, Anne Savage. What an achievement in so little time. The future is looking very bright for this lad. definitely one to watch in 2006 website - www.djryanblair.co.uk
Comments on Ryan Blair Production......................................

CD3 is given over to Anne Savage again...who goes into Slinky mode. This is where it gets interesting. Future tracks are showcased here. The likes of Gleave, Anne Savage, Ben Stevens & Abandon, Marcel Woods and Vicious Circles are all present and correct. This is probably the best CD of the lot, in my view (Frantic Euphoria)

"Northern Irish nu-breed dj/producer Ryan Blair kicks ass with his first (highly illegal and very cheeky) solo venture !!"
And vicious being my fave ! clear production ! (Mark Sherry)

Played Ryans new track across the Slinky Australia tour and it ripped up festivals across the country, great track... (Dave Lee @ Slinky)

Wow!! What a fantastic re-work we have here and Ryan Blair does it total justice, not once but two awsome re-works! 10/10 on 'This is Vicious' and 09/10 on 'Natural Born Groovin'! Keep up the outstanding work! (Tom @ tek-dj management)

I like Naturally Born Groovin..the original became too poppy..but I like this tougher edged ..Ill play it out..6/10 though I really like the Vicious Circles re..nice and edgy and tekky...the way tomorrows trance should be..Ill be playing for sure mate 9/10 well done. (Les Hemstock)

An incredible energy, spirit and passion behind the decks...
Clare Large is one of the UKs most hardworking, dedicated and exciting DJs. She was introduced to music aged 8 when she started playing the harp. She's taken it busking all around her home of Cornwall, provided entertainment at weddings, given lessons, recorded a session improvised for Opus 3, played in orchestras and still plays today.

Going to raves many years ago inspired her to start DJing and create her own style. She's played at all kinds of clubs, bars, radio shows, afterhours, free parties, festivals and unusual parties around the world, and lined up with the best in the business. She's played on and organised many extensive tours of America, Bulgaria, Canada, Mexico and India, and has also undertaken sponsored tours, day events and promotions in addition to occasional own nights and her residencies.
Clare's open minded attitude embracing all styles of music makes her incredibly versatile. She can play a huge variety of sets; from a 10+ hour chill out set to peak time hard techno, and pretty much anything in between...she welcomes the variety and has the record collection to back it up! She's best known for relentless, slamming and quirky techno, and also plays tech, deep and funky house, progressive, breaks and electro. In addition to this, she also plays deep, jazzy and soulful house, and really loves eclectic broken beat and nu-jazz sets, with downtempo, lounge and ambient/chill out. Occasional drum and bass sets are not out of the question either!
Clare has a degree (BSc), an HND in Music Technology and Sound Engineering, and she engineers and produces every sort of music. Her diverse tastes make her adaptable, very open minded and extremely versatile. She is always smiling behind the decks! She is approachable, friendly, amiable and enthusiastic. If you book her, your crowds WILL WANT MORE!!!

Clare absolutely loves DJing and is passionate about music. She writes her own material and intends to use her musical background to innovate and challenge not just the sounds we hear but HOW we hear them. She's very involved in surround sound mixing and binaural possibilities. Look around the site for more details...she is developing a 5.1 live show.

Les has remixed for the likes of Ian Van Dahl, Warp Brothers and Joshua Ryan and his winning collaboration with PAUL VAN DYK is certainly a major highlight. Their record Nothing But You sold tens of thousands worldwide charting in every Top 20 national chart.

2004 saw Hemstock & Jennings hit the worlds clubs with yet more huge trance hits including Reverance signed to Mondo Records and Magenta which has featured on Gatecrashers compilation and Paul Van Dyks Mixmag covermount compilation CD. Not only did Judge Jules and ArminVan Buuren make Reverance their radio shows tune of the week and Tried and Tested accolade, but world number one DJ Tiesto used it to open his live gigs!
2005 saw the release of "The Passion" on Mondo records and Hemstock and Jennings make another global advance by signing to fellow trance producer and top DJj Armin Van Buuren's label for future H&J releases, beginning with their widely supported "Babylon" tune.

JIVE BUNNY
The story of Les pop success begins during his 3 years residency at a hotel club in the sleepy town of Sandefjord in Norway. He had been living in Norway for almost 1 year when he began creating disco mixes for Djs at the local radio studio. This involved editing various parts of recording tape together to create one long running mix.
He was sending these mixes to a UK company called Music Factory run by John Pickles and his son Andy. They would press them to vinyl and sell them to DJs all over the world. Eventually Les would get to know these guys during his frequent visits home to the UK and would call in at their studio and personalise their dealings to that of an eventual close friendship with both Andy and his father.
As Les was playing a variety of swing and rock and roll records to the Hotel punters in Norway it seemed only wise to make a mix of that style that he could get good use out of. He purchased an old Glen Miller medley record for 50 pence from a used record shop in London and based his swing mix around the drum beats from that record which was recorded on tape and edited over and again to create a backing track of percussion to base his final mix upon.
Les recorded Swing the Mood [so called because of the use of Glen Millers In the Mood tune as main lead] in a collective 7 hour session at the radio studio on a material cost of around 3 of old audio tape over night.
On his next trip to England he took the mix with me to the Pickles and they bought it for 100. The mix was pressed, distributed to the various territories and the reaction over the next 18 months was phenomenal  just the reaction the company had been waiting for to enable them to have a commercial release with a fairly calculated success possibility.
This mix became the million selling Jive Bunny and the Master Mixers
As you would expect  Les life turned upside down  he was travelling all over the place being treated like a pop star and paid lots of money for DJ performances that he had never enjoyed the likes of before.
He purchased a nice house on a beach front in Sandefjord and had quite an enjoyable lifestyle over the following 2 years until the performance money and the relationship dried up leaving him in the terrible situation of being a house owner in the worlds second most expensive country with virtually no income.
He was expecting some money from record sales by now to help support his new production career but as he trusted the Pickles he didnt tie them to a contract, and because of this he never received any further monies from the Jive Bunny project. (3 #1's in the UK, a #2 Album, #11 in the USA, #1 in Germany, Italy, Spain etc, worldwide #1's and a huge album]
Les got legal advice but lawyers only advised without a contract he wouldnt win the case even though he has BPI awards for sales of over 900,000 albums!
His name is on the 3 singles and album  a full credit but no royalty.
Now Les and Chris are steadily working their way to further musical success with their new productions and only hope and pray that God gives them the strength and perseverance to succeed in what can obviously be quite a ruthless industry.

Biography
Tim has been a dj and performer since 1985 working originally with the Utah Saints, who gave him his first break. Then regularly worldwide but particularly at Back to Basics (UK), Cream (UK), Fabric (UK), AKA/The End (UK) HQ/Spirit (Dublin), Space (Ibiza) and along with Steve Lawler he was the weekly resident at Home in London's Leicester Square. He was the first dj to play officially at Glastonbury and then onto all other UK festivals and has done since at every one, every year. He is the dj of choice for industry events and his band Dope Smugglaz have been number one in the UK dance charts and one of the few acts to cross the tightly policed commercial/underground boundaries. For the UK's one and only Love Parade (the largest outdoor event attendance in the UK ) Tim played the first and last record and Dope Smugglaz were the only live act to perform, a day still held by Tim to be his best. His essential mix for Radio One during his Dope Smugglaz period gained the most enquires ever to reach essential mix producers Wise Buddah at that time.
As a remixer he has provided electronic revisions for Moloko, New Order, Talvin Singh, The Beach Boys, Jon Carter, the Human League, Brand New Heavies and Arthur Baker to name only a few.
His non-electronic ventures are too long to list but significantly he started Kiss FM Radio for the North of England, a box office breaking exhibition at Leeds City Art Gallery and has been a reasonably successful actor and media pundit. He has been a radio broadcaster for Kiss and Radio One and a television presenter for MTV. He recently started an anti-war campaign on the internet which spanned the music industry and beyond, gaining over a thousand participants and led to a boycott of the Miami Winter Music conference in protest. He is still politically active.
He was the first new resident for Manumission since Smokin Jo was taken on board 5 years ago and the first DJ ever they have flown in weekly. Along with Har Mar Superstar he hosted 'The Music Box' for Manumission to oversee their transformation into a modern sounding club. During that special year he played back to back with the legendary Alfredo on the Space Terrace weekly. Danny Tenaglia, Smokin Jo and Junior Sanchez also played back to back with Tim that summer. It is believed Tim is the only DJ to have played back to back with Tenaglia. New Stars like Audio Bully's, Ivan Smagghe, The Rapture, Fat Truckers, Ewan Pearson, Blackstrobe, Justin Robertson, Jaques Lu Cont and DJ's Not Rockstars also joined Tim on the decks in Ibiza and he also enjoys a great relationship with Bora Bora (Ibiza). In Partnership with GoingGreen, Pioneer, Vestax, Shure and JBL he designed and operated his 'Underground 2003' mobile sound system at various locations in Ibiza with particular emphasis on the DC10 closing after party in Can Tomas which has now passed into legend.
This year Tim has joined forces with international star Smokin' Jo to form their nastydirtysexmusic parties at various locations. From free parties on beaches, to a major residency at Ministry of Sound London and a world tour, nastydirtysexmusic has been one of the success stories of 2005. Also expect record releases and mixes under the nastydirty banner. Time Out magazine recommend nastydirtysexmusic as their Number One 'critics choice' for nightclubbing in London.
Tim is first and foremost a producer and musician and plays several instruments but finds his true home is in the studio.
He has started the label 'Saville Row' with DJs Jon Carter and Dave Chambers to critical acclaim and has many releases forthcoming as well as his recent work with Arthur Baker. Several releases are scheduled for 2005. He writes freelance for most music publications, DJ Magazine, JACK magazine and wrote every issue for 'Jockey Slut'.
