Fat Controller is a legendary figure in the UK hardcore and happy hardcore scene, best known for his energetic DJ sets during the golden era of rave in the 1990s and early 2000s. Real name Paul Beresford, Fat Controller became a regular name at some of the UK's biggest hardcore events, including Helter Skelter, Raindance and other major warehouse and club nights. Recognised for his fast-paced mixing, uplifting selections and crowd-focused performances, he helped shape the sound and culture of the UK hardcore movement. Alongside his DJ career, he has released mixes and tracks that have become highly regarded by hardcore fans, maintaining a loyal following among ravers who remember the explosive energy of the scene's peak years.
