What to expect?
It’s about a celebration of dance music in the most spectacular setting in the world. The dance culture is a global culture and it is what brings people together. It connects people. Cape Town is one of those rare cities that has adapted to its terrain, literally carving itself around Table Mountain and two oceans. This is your chance to experience the exceptional.
Have you seen the Clubbing with a twist promo clip, if not then click here http://www.lovecapetown.com/twist.aspx. Open your mind to new era in dance music and experiences...
We can't go and announce everything at once, but we'll tell you enough juicy bits now so that you can rush off and book your ticket.
January is our time to scour the club scene in Cape Town and finalize club locations and DJs. Whatever happens, you won't be disappointed! Never rush perfection.
Friday 10th: Cape Town Festival followed by Club night (DJs and Location tbc)
We kick off the club tour with a bit of cultural arts indulgence. As the only nocturnal urban arts and entertainment event in South Africa, Night Vision has been reconnecting Capetonians and enabling them to reclaim the city centre since 1999. Transforming central Cape Town into a South African version of Rio for the night of the 10th of March, Night Vision brings out the city's "carnivalesque" nature. Night Vision has become a place to see and be seen for 30,000 people. Ranging from the best world music, Dance and Hip Hop on stage to a fashion show on Long Street to the Art Night route through downtown galleries, Night Vision has it all.
After we have soaked up the city centre we head off to one of the many buzzing clubs in Cape Town for a whole lot of good house music for the soul.
Saturday 11th: LoveCapeTown.com music trust event, location tbc
Club tour DJs confirmed: Mark Knight, Tom Neville, Paolo Mojo, Laura T B2B Stevie Dee
Joined by Cape Town resident and Anything Goes promoter: Shaun Duvet. More DJs to be confirmed.
Sunday 12th: Toolroom Records Villa Party
(Held at a secret location)
Club tour DJs confirmed: Mark Knight, Tom Neville, Paolo Mojo
An exclusive party held in a stylish residence that has been identified for its views, open space and sophisticated interior and exterior design.
With its stunning views of the ocean and welcoming and expansive swimming pool, this villa is sure to leave you breathless at first sight.
Guests will be treated to first class service throughout the day and will be waited on by a team of hostesses. Light snacks, canapés and cocktails will be served throughout the day as guests lounge by the pool, party by the decks and are treated to top tunes.
The Toolroom Records DJs will be joined by Goldfish, one of South Africa's top live acts and making waves internationally now. The secret is in their exciting, unique and highly visual live performance - combining their Jazz and Electronic skills with cutting-edge techniques to create live dance remixes - no predestined Cd or Vinyl. It is all created live. Anything can happen, and often does, allowing the musicians to bring in the fluidity and spontaneity of Jazz and combine it with anything from dance to chill out.

Mon 13th, Tues 14th: Playtime. More parties to be announced in January, no doubt lots of time spent around the Camps Bay strip
Wednesday 15th: Sundazed Boat Party
An exclusive party hosted by the Sundazed crew and joined by special guests.
Be whisked away at lunchtime from Cape Town harbour to its most popular beach, Clifton 4. Arrive at Clifton 4 beach, a haven for international hipsters and jet-setters. Clifton is actually a series of four beaches, each separated by a stretch of granite boulders. The beach is sprawling and clean, reflecting the brilliant African sunshine off white sand and throngs of tanned bodies. A distinct vibe is felt at Clifton, owing in part to the mystique of Table Mountain, which looms gorgeously in the beach's background, and in part to the glamorous pulse of the surrounding neighborhood. End with the sounds of summer and soak up the sunset and magnificent views. The boat will then return to the V&A Waterfront after sunset.
Thursday 16th: Beach party
Exclusive event held at a secret location. This is another sunset spectacular event and sure to be a highlight for many.
You decide who the headliner is by voting for your favourite Global Breakthrough DJ. Voting begins soon!
Friday 17th: Bang Bang Party
This is a very special night that was created this year and blew everyone away. It only happens twice a year in Cape Town. Anything Goes Promoter Shaun Duvet and his team go all out on making sure you are mesmorized by visuals, sound and production. The DJs will be the cream of South Africa joined by our club tour DJs.
Saturday 18th: Club night (Location tbc)
It's going to be our last night out. We'll go big! Of course!

HEAT EVENTS PRESENTS:
10 YEARS WITH SPENCER FREELAND
KOKO, 1A CAMDEN HIGH ST, NW1
SATURDAY 11 MARCH 2006
Spencer Freeland celebrates a decade in clubland!
Spencer Freeland is a legend of the underground. Having DJ-ed to over a million clubbers in the past ten years he now steps up to perform a world first. This is the very first 8-hour set from start to finish in the main room of the former Camden Palace!
The concessions guestlist for this event has now CLOSED, but you can still secure your place at this historical event with an £16 Saver Ticket. This price will rise to £18, so get your ticket as soon as you can! This is Heat’s first party of 2006, and with the legend that is Spencer Freeland at the helm, it’s a guaranteed road block. Over 10 weeks will have passed since our last party, and we know that the Heat faithful will be in dire need of a Hard Dance fix by then!
Spencer certainly has the credentials to see this marathon set through. With over 200 gigs performed here during the former rave days, we now turn back the clock and unwind 10 years of his DJ career with a production showpiece other events can only boast about. He will be joined by some very special guests on this epic journey.
Presenting an elite group of DJs who have become legends in their own lifetime:
Main Room:
Andy Farley – at long last, the King returns to Camden Palace! The best mixer in the game steps up for a never-seen-before classics back-to-back with Spencer. Do NOT miss this one!
Phil Reynolds - the Hard Trance Master returns to his spiritual home. Together Reynolds and Freeland have performed at the same nights on no less than 150 occasions, and we couldn’t have done this event without him.
Ian Betts - after his blistering 1998 set at ‘Evolution – The Khemikal Imbalance’ last November, we had to insist Ian Betts return for this! Guaranteed to send a shiver up your spine and to put a large grin on your face.
Technikal - Spotted by Spencer at only 17-years of age, Technikal’s his career has already surpassed many! The now 19-year old über-producer absolutely destroyed Heat NYE at Brixton Academy, and tonight will be no different.
Pete Wardman - one of the people responsible for creating Hard House as we know it. A massively talented DJ who was a mentor to Freeland and who still inspires to this day. Expect classics from the Tripoli Trax vault alongside modern belters.
K90 - Responsible for some of the biggest UK Hard Trancers in the world today, this one man anthem machine will make the energy levels soar with his energetic and joyous sound that perfectly reflects his stage charisma.
Upstairs: CyberKitten
Hosted by Midland’s Hard Dance promotion, Room 2 will rock to the sounds of the scene’s hottest new DJs. CyberKitten has been heralded as the fastest rising Hard House club in the UK. In its first year CK was tipped as a Mixmag fave and awarded a Top Club Night accolade. CyberKitten continues to dazzle its clubbers presenting the cream of the scene’s emerging talent, with awesome residents including Lucy Fur, Steve Gillen. HyperVixen, Nasty Neil E, Barry Diston and Brad Duke. The future of Hard House is here.
