On Sunday 15th of January 2006, the promoters of South West Four unleash a new Sunday session on the people of South London at the plush surrounds of the infamous White House in Clapham Common.

Push will occur on a fortnightly rotation and involve some of London’s most credible DJs playing alongside the next generation of uprising stars. The soundtrack served up for this afternoon crowd may be house, breaks, electro, or twisted beats with some random live act. The emphasis here is on fun mixed with style, this is music for a party crowd. This is Sunday decadence south of the river!

Push is the creation of Damian Gellé – one of the promoters responsible for the massive South West Four festival every August on Clapham Common - and Matt Priest, former Radio One events co-ordinator. Why start a Sunday session? As far as these two are concerned Sunday is the day your weekend should peak - after all it’s your last chance to wreak havoc before returning to the Monday to Friday treadmill.

The launch promises to be a corker with two legends of the house scene needing no introduction - Ashley Beedle and Rocky from X-Press 2. These two legends of the house scene will be mixing up a storm at the launch with an early Sunday evening set (7pm – 10pm), followed by Spencer Parker from Defected fame.

For the launch we have Sophisticated Dance, one of London’s most talked about parties hosting the top VIP room and offering beats that are funky, chunky and uplifting. This outfit offer style and an atmosphere for sophisticated clubbers.

Push promises to be a monster Sunday Session offering far more than your average over-hyped Saturday night. With a team of promoters that know what constitutes a good ol’ knees up, you’ll need two weeks to recover before the next one! And when is the next one? The sequel takes place on January 29 with The Shapeshifters headlining, so watch this space…
