  3. Friday February 13th 2003 :: Part 1: Open 9pm-3am Part 2: 4am-8am Well I'm not sure quite what to say after the insane 9 hours that was the Genesis Allnighter. U lot were the bollocks as always u must be the most up for it crowd in the country. Some mad antics from you and the ST crew and brilliant sets from all that played. Small shiny Zebedee medals & straight jackets go out to all who survived the last hour! You know who you are!! Absolutely nuts...! 8. Christmas is coming and the geese are getting fat, but, hey! Let’s face it, how many clubbers care when food is possibly the last thing on their minds when Sunday clubbing is on the agenda?! Sunday clubbing is still going strong and Afterlife have proved that they could make the George 1V into a massive attitude venue, bringing clubbers from all over the shot to make blasting parties every Sunday (bar Riot! Weekend). Now since moving to a new venue (for Casualty at least), they continue to prove that sometimes change can be an even better thing! For the 3rd time this year, the Afterlife and Casualty crew join forces to bring you yet more antics (as if the last w…

If ya want a gud laugh try my dads website, http://www.scribblingrivalry.com it contains some of his poems, other writers poems and a jokes section. Most of the poems are funny but there are some meaningful ones as well. Recommended reading: "Hobnobbing" which is on the title page, u wont think of biscuits and tea in the same way again. He's recently written a new christmas poem he read to me tonight called "stuffing the bird". similar style and concept to hobnobbing and as its the time of year ill get him to put it up on the website. We have a DJ list but I think we should also compile a producer list - however small lol - we should also list 'wannabes' (as with the dj list lol) and also the music style(s) people produce. I would be interesting in seeing who does what / has what gear - and who knows one day we may even have that CTW London Studio Please also list gear and software used Mod1 - Trance - (Software?) - Hardware: Virus C, Modula1 LiamStyles - Techno - (Hardware?) LiquidEyes - Techno - Software: Cubase SX - (Hardware?) Scream - Hard House, Techno, Trance - Software: Logic Bushy - Hard House - (Software?) Blu - Hard House (Software?) - Reason chrishawkes - Hard House…

  25. Started by Mr Happy,

some fairly simular questions: 1) where do you pull your ideas from? 2) when are you at your most creative? 3) what are your influences? 1 its hard to say where i get my ideas from, its definatly when i'm relaxed. some thing will happen (a noice of a door shutting or something someone says, etc) and it will trigger a thought "maybe if i wrote a tune that went like x" 2 i find i'm at my most creative when i'm walking around (usually either home from or to work) with my discman on. 3 i'm not really sure i have any influences any more. i used to be influenced alot by 'chris lieberator', karim and glazby in my mixing style, but now i have my own style an…

  30. Started by Nick G,

Blatantly nicked this topic from another music forum, but I thought seeing as we had alot of DJ's and people who buy tunes, how many records do you have in your collection? There was a guy on this other forum that had collected over 60,000 records over the past 40 years ... fook knows where he's got them all stashed, or even if he could find any particular record in a hurry, but well done to him anyway! I counted mine 4 years ago cos I had to have my room (equipment, tunes etc) as an addition to the main policy cos of the value of it all, but I'll be buggered if I can remember how many were there (nowhere near 60,000!!), though I'm sure that if I get bored enough this…
