I have broncittis (sp?), 5 days of antibiotics and I should be fine. Although the doctor said I HAVE to stop smoking. He says that everytime I go!

I wanna get my demo done up all tart like, hopefully a double CD but depends on the cost. I want: Full Colour Front Insert, double sided. Full Colour Back Insert, 1 sided. Artwork printing on the actuall CD, prefferable full colour but one colour if it saves alot of monkey. Can anyone recommend anywhere that can do it cheap ??? I know I can get 100 Single ones with the above spec (one colour laser printing on CD) for £200. That includes all CDs and Jewel cases, delivery etc. blah blah. Can anyone help ???
