How od u get ur hair to stay blue? I paid £60 for blue highlights in my hair and they washed out in 3 weeks. I then had the bottom half of my hair dyed blue by a friend (she is doing a hair dressing course at college) and it too had vanished after about 3 weeks. Please Help, I love Blue

Was up most last nite finishing an assignment which I have just handed in but now I'm supposed to concentrate on another one thats in for tomorrow I don't think I possess the concentrational skills to type one coherent sentence let alone an essay Anyone want to write a marketing campaign evaluation for Abbey National? Done the pre-testing just got to write how I will track and post test it.
