I think I've forgotton how, only had four hours sleep for the past 2 nites but I've been lying in bed for a few hours now and I can't seem to sleep. I've come back on the board to see if anyone knows how to make yourself go to sleep

I'm currently reviewing this website; http://www.iec.org/online/tutorials so that I can present it to the students I teach as a resource list. I'm also snaffling all of the Cadbury's Roses that have been left in my office. I do feel a bit bloated on chocalate now.

Sitting in my usual haunt~ easyeverything of course~ I am close to suffocating from someone's B.O!!! Don't smelly people realise that they smell, or don't they have mates that tell them? I once had one mate who smelt really bad, in fact when he used to come round my mates house and sit in one of her comfy chairs you could smell he'd been there for 4 days even if we sprayed it with perfume!!! But we told him and he sorted the problem out!!!! Someone needs to tell this bloke!! Aaaaarghhh......can't breathe!!!!!!

i know this should be in another catagory but u all look on here more ive had this before but this time i kinda started them. like when u feel like ur gonna have a fit or faint. its like an elecrtric shock form inside right up ur body. i ate some lime slices yesterday, about 4. then after that all i had to do was touch one wiv my tounge and id get one of those surges. Gods knows what would happen if i left my tounge on it. its the bitterness that causes it. anyone else get this? lol or am i [censored] up?
