WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! After like 11 months of doing my house up, I have now finished it, yay yay yay!! Im going to rent it out for abit, then move in next summer 2 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, living room dining room and kitchen all open planned to 37ft , Conceratay (dunno how to spell it), Utlitly room, Alocated parking space (putting a drive way in next year), Three Gardens and a Sea View bought for 8 grand, bout 17,000 doing it up, now worth £72,000 Splendid! I'll upload before and after piccies when i get them developed! Woooooooo my own place, HOUSE PARTIES IN SOUTH WALES NEXT YEAR!!!
