i went for a ride on my motorbike today it ..i went with two guys and we wound up on country roads zooming along me at the rear of course...so we hit this really long straight road and things got a bit quick.. the last time i remember looking we were doing 200 kmh and i was going off woooooooooo hoooooooooo under my helmet as we zoomed along .....when this spider the size of a dinner plate fought its way down the inside of my visor fighting the wind but managed to hold on, right in front of my eyes alas my wooooooo hoooooooo faded to arrrrggghhhhh i think i pooped my pants so after a blood curdling scream that i think the guy up front could hear it was bra…

Lab 4, Charlotte Birch, 2 * Armani, Aftersential, large quantities of Mitz's smile (does she ever not smile?), 1 * billy, decades,cider, 1 * line of K (my first ever ), Drop Zone (more Charlotte Birch et al), Budweiser, and 5 hours sleep. I woke up on Sat morning with a cold when I fell out of bed at 7am this morning I was cured.

Does anyone else find that after a weekend clubbing their sleep patterns are all mucked up? I found that last night I was so tired I 'Couldn't' Sleep - was up til after 3 and was up for just after 7... Had to go to bed this afternoon because I felt really rough! methinks tonight I'm gonna have a nice hot bath and a 'relatively' early night...
