The European Commission has just announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the EU rather than German which was the other possibility. As part of the negotiations, Her Majesty's government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5 year phase-in plan that would be known as "EuroEnglish": In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". I have heard a lot about Serious @ The Cross with people saying that it's the closest to thing to Garlands in London. Yep i've finally done it and bought myself a lovely new car on a amazing deal. Get it next week. Can't wait!! SO i will now be driving everywhere, and would rather do this than pay the stupid amount of money it would cost to catch the train to SC.
