It's such ashame to see CTW so quiet. This was the original friendly clubbing forum. It's where some amazing friendships have been made, and through it some amazing nights have been had. Things in life are always changing, so I'm not about to harp on about "the good old days". That said, I think it would be great if CTW could get just a little bit busier. It's not impossible, other forums have disappeared for months upon months, come back to just a few people and evenutally picked up on membership numbers and therefore chatter. Here's your challenge, should you choose to accept it... You have 48 hours to go out and get one new person to register and post in this…

An out of work pianist with Tourettes Syndrome is strolling around the streets and bars of Soho one unemployed afternoon. Walking down Dean Street he sees a lounge bar with a sign in the window 'Pianist wanted for evening performances'. 'Fu**ing get in there you c*nt!' he says to himself and goes to the bar. 'Get the fu**ing manager of this pigs s*it middle class w*nk hole please you c*nt', he says to a somewhat startled barman. The barman however obliges and his manager comes upstairs. 'Can I help you sir?' he says 'Yes you can you fat piece of s*it, I saw your poxy advert in the c*nting window and I'm here to audition.....w*nker.' The manager is naturally…

Most Friday the 13th’s would be associated with Jason Vorhees…But not this one. Clubbed Up has been off air over the Christmas period – But we’re now back with a vengeance. Just like Jason, we’re bigger, badder, more entertaining – and have got a phatter website (ok maybe not the last one!), and as of this Friday from 7pm at www.clubbedup.co.uk we’ll be hitting the hard dance air waves every week! CD of the week is from the big cheese at new label – Contact Records. Simon Paul will become a hard-household name this year with his new label. The first release has been giving a battering by Ian M and Ben Stevens to name but a few, and his mix CD shows th…

Ryan Blair hails from the Port of Larne, home to international DJ sensations Fergie, Robbie Nelson and Gleave Dobbin. From humble beginnings as a light jock in a local nightclub, Ryan’s career has progressed steadily and he can be spotted on the weekly bills for some of Northern Ireland’s top night spots. His versatility scores him highly with clubbers as he knocks out sets comprising funky grooves, chunky house and tech-edged trance. Breaking his DJ’ing teeth in ’92 playing to capacity crowds at ‘Rafters’ in Larne, Ryan’s early ventures seen him spin records up and down the North Coast with his residency at ‘Club Fiction’ in Ballymena, where he playe…
