With the memory of Convergence the night before, I set off to brave the prossies and smack addicts of Kings Cross to see a different breed of hard dance DJ - some bloke they call Eddie Halliwell. The Cross itself is an amazing club. The crowd are some of the most up-for-it I've ever seen in my time clubbing, and the atmosphere of the place is off the chart. My only quibble is with too many people seemingly in one place. That and the heat, but once I'd found an air duct I was fine. Luke Neville's in the trance room showed me for the first time just why EvilHedFuk and Rachel hold him in such high regard - the man was amazing. Elsewhere, the two lov-er-ly young fil…

Well, after the carnage that NYE inflicted on us, I found myself grabbing a little too much sleep after Passion, and consequently didn't get into Camden Palace until about 6pm. After dealing with the strange situation of clubbing at 6 in the evening, it was onto the dance floor for b]Tom Harding's[/b] set. A blisterig sonic assault of pumping hard house wrought devastation on my ears, so I retired to the upstairs bar for some soothing hard trance, courtesy of Simon Fielding. Feeling suitably refreshed (and cos they closed the second room), I returned to the main room in time to catch Andy Farley and Phil Reynolds wreaking havoc across the main dancefloor. I re…

Lee Pasch posted this on the Tidy forum - made me laugh cos its true The most common use for the word 'townie' in England is that which describes a person. A townie is normally aged between 11 and 15. Listens to so-called 'garage' music such as Blazin' Squad and So Solid Crew, neither of which is REAL garage music; simply pop music with a stammering kid in fake diamonds fronting the band. A townie will normally dress in grubby shell-toed Nike trainers, rolled-up Adidas tracksuit bottoms and an unmatching jogging top, regardless of the sex. If female, the jogging jacket will most likely be pink or baby blue, most likely purchased for £5 at the …

Hi Everyone ! As you know our CTW DJ's now regularly represent the site at Wildchild events, which is great for everyone - including the members, as it gaurantees a great meet-up and ensures we all have a wicked time - as we have been doing for over a year now. CTW is still a relatively small site, and we are still not as yet in a position to pay our DJ's for the sets ourselves - all the work currently undertaken regarding the site is on a strictly voluntary basis, which ensures the community builds as it should - as a close group of friends. However, we do pay the DJs out of any profit made on the ticket sales for that night to cover their expenses and for the…

Anyone seen this yet ? We got it on DVD lastnight - wicked copy too. I didn;t watch it, only my mum did and the verdict was that she thought it was horrific. She said it aint a film you would watch a second time and if she went to the pictures to watch it she would have had to walk out ! She felt sick. It leaves you with a lasting memorie of the brutality of man and that is anyone doesnt get moved by that film, then they should apply for a job as a terrorist. Your views ?

Has anyone else seen these? What did you think? Non viewers need not reply. Personally I think they are excellent films. Got all 3 delivered by my kind Mr. Postie today and I think I'm gonna watch the 3rd one again. Johnny Depp rocks.
