It just hit me, as I was filling out the form on the "2 Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps" vote, that in just over 18 months I'll be filling out forms (both online and offline) in the over 25 category... Scary!!! Age doesn't generally bother me - with other people. Age is just a number in which shit happens. It sounds stupid, but hitting 20 bothered me... Right up until it actually happened, then it didn't. But hitting 25 seems scary now - a quarter of a century, and about a third of the way through an expected life span. Oh well!!!

Shane just called me and told me to tell you that he is on the case for the weekend for ya! He's messaged you or something!

It's the end of the financial year so I reccomend everyone get in contact with the inland revenue and see if you're due a tax rebate. Due to having temped most of the time I've been in London and the amount of money I've earnt compared to the amount I've been taxed I should be in for a pretty fat cheque I reckon. Well just over a month ago i spoke to my boss regarding a pay rise. As he did say when he offered me the job that in 6 months we would discuss pay as it would then be the end of the trial period. Anyway it's nearly a year now since i've started working here and when i've mentioned the pay rise, he takes it onboard and then does nothing about it. I've mentioned it a good fair few times now and it's now beyond a joke. I've worked myself into the ground and not taken a proper holiday since i started. yes i've had the odd day here and there, but never proper full time off.
