ello mate - was good seein yas on the weekend - first time we've had a 'normal' chat i think ugh... alcohol - never again - i hadn;t drank since last october and what do u and helen do - feed me aftershocks no hangover tho im proud to say - although i did talk compleate shite to helen all the way come - and acctaully talked her to sleep at the b+b - only to wake up in my somewhat almost normal state you'll have to refresh me memory on any other plans we made to meetup un that - cause its all abit of blur
