i know this is not a serious issue or debate.....but i dont care, just wanted your oppinion iv been trying to loose weight for 3 months now but its not going anywhere, and iv been so strict with myself aswell iv used diet pills before (3 years ago) and managed to loose a stone in a month and kept it off till recently. just started taking these (im doing a trial for my local health food shop) http://www.all-ages-vitamins.co.uk/largeresult.asp?id=1199 and for the first time in 3 months im not hungry , i had to force my dinner down me tonight, which was shocking, the only thing is i feel a bit "speedy" dunno if this is a good thing or not …
