A woman in a hot air balloon realized she was lost. She reduced altitude and spotted a man below. She descended a bit more and shouted, "Excuse me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet him an hour ago, but I don't know where I am." The man below replied, "You're in a hot air balloon hovering approximately 30 feet above the ground. You're between 40 and 41 degrees north latitude and between 59 and 60 degrees west longitude." "You must be an engineer," said the balloonist. "I am," replied the man, "How did you know?" "Well," answered the balloonist, "everything you told me is technically correct, but I'v…

A FATHER PASSING BY HIS SON'S BEDROOM WAS ASTONISHED TO SEE THE BED WAS NICELY MADE AND EVERYTHING WAS PICKED UP. THEN HE SAW AN ENVELOPE PROPPED UP PROMINENTLY ON THE CENTER OF THE BED. IT WAS ADDRESSED, "DAD." WITH THE WORST PREMONITION, HE OPENED THE ENVELOPE AND READ THE LETTER WITH TREMBLING HANDS: DEAR DAD: IT IS WITH GREAT REGRET AND SORROW THAT I'M WRITING THIS. I HAD TO ELOPE WITH MY NEW GIRLFRIEND BECAUSE I WANTED TO AVOID A SCENE WITH MOM AND YOU. I'VE BEEN FINDING REAL PASSION WITH BARBARA AND SHE IS SO NICE EVEN WITH ALL HER PIERCING, TATTOOS, AND HER TIGHT MOTORCYCLE CLOTHES. BUT IT'S NOT ONLY THE PASSION DAD, SHE'S PREGNANT AND BARBARA SAID T…

I've not even past my test yet I've just got home after being out the weekend with my dad flashing a parking ticket with a smug grin on his face when I walked through the door. We've just had a new Stadium built down here and their was a mach down here on Saturday, which means, out come the Traffic Wardens ! My area has recently become a Residents Only area, obviously Permits only. Both parents have Permits, I don't even have the documentation for my car yet (let along a lisence ) ! £30 ! My mum has written a well good letter though explaining the permit and the new car purchase with no Permit etc, so I think I have a good chance of them reconsidering…

WOWZERS - what a buzz. Confident as ever, FINALLY got the 'nack' on doing reversing around corners, drove about for a bit, used all the gears which seem stiff as fook (well, 1st and 2nd), clutch is stiff(ish) and makes me leg shake when I'm using it for reversing, nad one slight tap in the Accelorator makes it rev like a beast Very, very nice drive though. So smooth on the road, pretty nippy and an all round sorted little car. It looks tops parked outside me house ! My mum said I was very good on the road too, albeit she was quite nervous when I first sat behind the wheel Driving has become me new found addiction. It's better than sex

Okies, so I'm considering contact lenses. Ideally I'd love laser treatment, but it's going to be years before I can afford that... I'm looking at the extended wear contact lenses - wear them for 30 days and nights, change them and replace them... Then I found out I can order them cheaper online. I still need to go for the contact lense examination to get my prescription as my last contact lense prescription is from 2001, but then ordering is dirt cheap. Take a look at: http://www.tescoopticians.com/range.aspx To find out which ones your normal opticians are really supplying (they're just re-packaged for your own optician)... Then take a look at th…

Hey punks Now this is me being cheeky - first post and i'm out there asking already but I thought who would be more equipped to help me than you guys. I'm bringing the wife to London town next weekend and want to do something really special. We've been to most of the big clubs before and always have a great time - but I'd love to do that little bit extra particularly as she may well be getting a special question asked at midnight My plan is to try to get into VIP somewhere - where is the problem. Any ideas where I might start? My current plan is entering lots of competitions! So if you see any let me know :-) Take care James x
