We all say 'ohh I love that tune' or 'I loved that night', but when it comes down to a personal level, to me, saying to someone that I love them, be it friends or partner, I just couldn't come out with the words 'I love you' unless it was 100% the case. How can you say to someone you've known for so little a time 'I love you' ? Is it just a phrase used instead of 'I like' ? What do these people say when they truely do love someone?
