Just bought a digital video camcorder today and was told i needed a firewire card and cable to upload film to my pc. But now i've just read that firewire is 400bps whereas usb 2.0 (which i have) is 480bps. Surely that means that my usb would be better for the job? Thanks for any advice received......

Earlier today, I got offered a job in Oxford! Only catch is, I have to start on wednesday! So 2morrow I will be packing my bags and moving in with my dad in Oxford!
