i twisted my arm last night at work from above the elbow to my wrist.......its all a bit outa shape and very painfull (which i can cope with cus im ard!) but im begining to loose feeling in my hand it just dont feel normal dont wanna go hospital cus its more hassle than its worth on a saturday (besides iv got to go work anyway) is this normal? never sprained/twisted my wrist before.......i only usually break bones
