House share. Only £75 per week plus a share of the bills, which is very reasonable for a house located within 10 minutes walk of Guildford city centre. Double room with bed and built in wardrobes. Large garden including an in ground pond and bbq area. The house is shared with 4 other housemates. Only drawback is that in the mornings the kitchen can be a little cramped andhectic with the other house mates all rushing around at the same time. See attached photo for an idea of the set up.
