At work today I was called to the office by my boss and told about a new management structure thats come down from head office. He also said that this was the first of 3 structured consultation periods that I'm gonna have within the next 30 days and if at the end of it, if I dont do a presentation and re-apply for my job...I WONT HAVE A JOB.
