Just noticed there is a new version out and it has some nice little new features in which we've been wanting for a while ! I should be upgrading the forum software at the weekend if all goes well ! ... Version 6.2 - December 25, 2002 Major release that adds the following new features, including: Reworked the entire system to use the Userid in all tables instead of username. Reworked all scripts so they will generate no warnings when run with full warnings on. Reworked the Sticky posts to eliminate several bugs with them. People that have just sent PM's in the last 4 hours will have to send them again as there has just been a failure thats deleted them ! Please send them again !!!!!

Can we have the "In reply to" bit back, so you can know who is replying to what when you are looking at posts in flat mode (my fave view)

Its a pity its not used - i know there isnt a link to it on here - perhaps that would help in the meantime i am setting up a simpler one which is integrated into this message board/forum software - do you think this would be better ? help !

Just thought I'd mention again for the benefot of the newbies that if you get fed up with the bright blue (like I have - hehe) you can change your display settings in your profile ... Go to ... My Profile then scroll to the bottom to Edit ... Display preferences, number of shown threads, languages, colors... then change the style sheet in the drop down box ... Which style sheet (skin) do you want to use for your display? Display preferences, number of shown threads, languages, colors... I'm still working on a few of them but some are ok, although I still havent sorted out the logo on anything but blue yet (still learning stylesheets m…

Unless I´m not using it properly right now, I currently recieve about twenty emails every few hours, when I would normally have only gotten maybe 5 from people actually replying to a post of mine, the previous system seemed better I thought, though maybe peole disagree - especially the people that insisted on clicking reply on the lowest post hence that person receiveing a reply to nothing they had even posted lol, whinge no2!

fair play and thanks for deleting my post, then. ok so it may have been about farts but i was still asking something relating to a "health" issue so it seemed appropriate for a forum entitled "Health Issues", funnily enough. you could have moved it to random, you didn't have to delete it. i like the way something about farts gets deleted but: "Need tips on scoring quality gear in london" remains. the modding on this board seems a little rough and heavy-handed sometimes, and most definitely unbalanced. we're not children, you know. and how about mods are given guidelines as to what they can and can't lock. check the tunes & reviews forum f…
