CTW News, Comments & Suggestions

I don't know if it's the colours, but when I have had a big weekend, I am sat at the puter for an hour or so, and start feeling sick. It happened after Ibiza, and was the same yesterday, and today to a lessor extent. After the 1st time, I didn't connect the 2, but after yesterday, I felt all sicky after catching up on the posts, left the puter and felt better, same thing tonite. ne1 else had anything similar. This is a genuine question, and maybe should have been in the serious section.

I think its about time we changed the pics on the front page - in the top left corner - in fact I'm thinking of having this rotate with lots of different pics... Suggestions for people / scenes here please ! Not sure if this is a good idea posting this as I dont want this to turn into some popularity competition. Just feel we need to have a few more pics up there of members or someink....

Can anyone please be on the lookout for venues that may let us host their 2nd room in clubs playing other genres of music like funky, prog or techno as this is my next planned direction. PM or email sarah@clubtheworld.uk

I notice that the upstairs bar at Frantic this saturday is 'War of The Web', with dj's from Gurn, 4Clubbers, HarderFaster, and EnergyUK. I know you're trying to promote CTW nights, but how about trying to get someone like Tony.P involved if they do another one? It'd spread the word of CTW, and I'm sure He'd kick all their combined arses!!

You may have noticed the site running slow/hanging or even not reachable at times, basically there is a problem which we cant figure out and our providers think it may even be a hardware fault on our box - so we are having it replaced with a brand new one on Friday - hopefully this issue will then go away because we're all 'stumbled' !

Over the last week or so I have been going back through my old emails and PMs and it was clear that one of the things you lot love about the site so much is it anti-cliqueyness. Not wanting to ever turn cliquey we've decided to enrol 3 full-time anti-cliquey police to watch over the forums and warn/ban members as appropriate for cliquey characteristics. You have been warned. Thankfully though I dont think we will ever be prosecuting. ps. The government's own Cliquey Audit is comencing next week too - so lets do our best to make a good impression.

Go to your profile and check out the new option / please try it out - I have restricted these images to 65x65 pixles though as you know so please ensure you create a properly sized pic first prior to upload - otherwise it just wont display properly and will un-necessarily increase data transfer.

... is looking fantabulous, been checking some quality materials on the net that look HOT! Once purchased ELSxBELLS will do her stuff on them and then they will be ready to rock and roll!

How about creating a section in the Gallary for non-UK clubs, or something of the sort? Have taken random pics of people I met at previous parties, whom I gave my email address and sent them the pics. Its a great way of meeting people around the world....I'm still in contact with some of them...thus, why not post them on the site, as a means of attracting more international clubbers, eh?? Can't promise I'll fill it fully every time, with so many other distractions at parties , but will do my best, and in time I'm CERTAIN you will gain other non-uk photographers, reviewers, etc. And I will hand out those bright little neon cards that Ed gave me in …
