All, I thought I'd better just make it crystal clear that your Private Messages on this site ARE indeed PRIVATE. There has been speculation that perhaps other members can get into your private messages - this is NOT the case. Anyone doing so would have to either be told your password or guess your password, or hack into the backend mySQL database (which to be honest even I dont know the live password as I have the forums hosted for me at Invision), or run the MySQL toolbox in the Admin control panel to query the 'messages' table (which only I have access to - even the Moderators on this site dont have access to this). Hi, I wanted to reply to the other thread but I coulnd't, I may have been doing something wrong so I'm sorry for that. I was out the other night at a house party and quite a few people used to be members on here, various comments were made and from the impression I got no one seemed to care anymore. Its a shame because when I registered about a year ago this board was buzzing, it used to have loads of members actively helping out and meeting up, unfortunately for myself I could never get there because I lived too far out but now I'm back in London I thought I'd come back (but had to re-register). Right u orrible lot! As you all are well aware of, recently various events have caused many of the regulars to up sticks and leave the board!!!! In light of this i feel it is now time to reach into bowels of clubland and pull out as many new CTW'ers as poss!!!!!! So we need sensible ideas, ideas to bring them in and ideas to keep them here!!! And i'll start them off: 1) I reckon it would be a good idea if we all made a tiny little space on our signiturez on other boards for a www.clubtheworld.uk link which would invite prospective members to the board!

CTW admins & moderators, Please can you all change your signature logo to this ... Started to get the hang of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator now - first batch of business cards should be 'ok' (will post images soon) - just waiting for samples - but once we have a set I can then work on them more and make them better and better each time I think we should also arrange for some personal ones as well - especially for the DJs to put in with their demo cds / hand to promotors etc .... First set will just have site name and url on

All, Apologies, the main CTW server is off-line because the hosting company says I haven't paid up ! Anyway, it should be ok (hopefully tonight) soon as its all been sorted out now.

All, I cant understand this, everytime I go to actually sort these out I have more problem - now the people who said they are doing them and providing me with samples have disappeared off the face of the earth - I was hoping to have all 10,000 of them in time for Sunday as well I think someone is trying to tell me / us something :S

Have just spent the morning installing a superb Arcade mod (www.ibproarcade.com) Please check it out and test it - link at the top of the forums on the right (next to help). You should see this on the default ClubTheWorld Blue & ClubTheWorld PetrolBlue skins at the moment... And yes, there are a shit load more games to add ! If you have any classic game requests reply to this topic !

The site seems to have gone from a free for all, pre change, to something that Eddie Stone might be in charge of. No light banter, everything has got to be done exactly as the rules say for posts in forums such as events or 'they vill be moved'. Is this some kind of new, salad eating, yoga practising, buddha worshipping CTW? I'm scared.

I reckon they should only be allowed to view posts in the "General Chitchat" section. I definitely don't think they should have access to the FAO forum. Just my opinion. Its difficult to explain.

we already have a quote button in the pm screen. could the 'reply' hyperlink be changed so it replys w/o quoting the original pm?
