Heres some info you already probably knew! Gatecrasher has attempted to send panic waves through the UK clubbing industry by claiming "Weekly clubs are finished" after pulling out of their weekly slot at Republic in Sheffield, to conduct monthly parties instead. Numbers at the club in recent months have been very poor, and low door prices failed to remedy the problem. Gatecrasher MD, Simon Raine said, "Everyone knows, but has been too scared to admit it, weekly clubs are finished." Could you reply to this topic if you feel we need to slightly adjust the way the forums are set up. For example I dont feel we need the 'put your name down' forum as all the posts in here can be placed elsewhere. Also I think we need some sections for DJs & Clubs to promote themselves. Also - do we really need the Future Events & This eekend sections or can these be merged. Let me know - I just want to slimline them a bit as I find I am missing posts some days. James

How cool. Hooked up with housewhore to go to a ticket event at Nation (Cream) called Bud House party. It was so mad, as soon as you walk in the door the club was set out as a house! It had beds in there, fake cookers, a living room and even a bathroom to name a few things. So crazy yet rather cool! (felix Da Housecat- respect) It was cool as well meeting housewhore who is a top fella. Cant wait till loads of people meet up from the site in the summer. Yes ive heard that Cream are setting up camp down in Brighton. Not sure how big a venue or when its happening but this just adds another club to the clubbing world of Brighton. Watch out for the PROPER CTW VIP Card (end of 2003) - this will be a point-based system and will finally put an end to so-called clubbers setting up bogus guest lists and never bothering to turn up - this to me makes a mockery of the whole 'guest list' concept. If its VIP it should be VIP, if it's "jump the queue" it should be "jump the queue". Enough said. I personally think it's ridiculous that ANYONE from can pay £100 for a so-called "VIP Card" which gives them discount and queue jumping - not very exclusive if you ask me. The CTW Loyalty card will be a REAL clubbers card where clubbers need to earn points for showing up and will also log which drinks they buy …
