can i send one pm to everyone in my address book in one go?

why has the main logo changed? i really dont like the logo in white i think it looks tacky as the old clubtheworld logo was navy blue! please change it back jimbo!

A few ideas that have been wandering round in this ginger cranium of mine. How about getting... 1) an online indicator under peoples usernames on their posts? 2) the "Who's Online" screen to update more often than every 30 minutes? 3) new games for the games section. Just a thought.

Anyone who knows how to code stylesheets, have a go at creating one or several new CTW stylesheets (you can select the current ones in your profile display settings). In the past Ray has done one (the Pink), although this needs updating a little as the new blue is slightly more blended and has gradient bars. An idea: All threads that desend into slagging matches (or even start off as) get moved to their own forum - the 'fight' forum! A place where you can bitch, accuse, backstab, cry, or whatever you want to your hearts content. And then the rest of the board can then carry on as normal

Hi All I was just wondering what happened to certain posts about photo links to events as i posted one the other day and has seemed to gone. i did notice it saying that only ctw members were allowed or if it had ctw members in the photo set but if the person put the thread up who is a member would that not mean there would be a photo of a member in it. Do we want this ? Description: Allows people to "Ignore" a user and not see their posts. In place of those users posts is a notice allowing them to override the ignore and see the entire post; or an option to unignore a user.

If you get annoyed seeing stupidly long signatures in peoples' posts you can turn them off from being displayed. Go to your profile, edit your display settings and change this option at the bottom of the screen ... Do you want to view other user's signatures with their posts Is especially handy when viewing the forums at work (and you dont want loads of ginger people appearing on the screen!)

There was a restiction of 500 characters max for your Bio - I've increased this to 2000 characters.

what do you think? you could go on and put what you´re up to on it - for the weekend and people could look. nobody really seems to ask (like on the smaller sites) "whats everybody up to this weekend" and if someone were to the whole post just dissolves into random bollox, this list would be strictly business!

I think if its possible this option should be taken off. If someone is searching this site for reasons of no benefit to the site or its members they should at least have to join so we know there IP address and that. just a thought

Is there a forum missing?

I notice there is a banner in the middle of the text of the home page (www.clubtheworld.uk) is there anyway of making sure this banner is only ever clubbing related, just cos I think it makes the site look cheap if right below the "aims of the site" post, you have an advert to "Test your IQ"

is there any way of adding an attatchment or file in a PM? not to bright when it comes to stuff like this

Someone logged in as one of the Admin accounts and started to delete all the boards/posts until all but 2 private ones were left (once I disabled the admin accounts). I've had to revert back to the last backup - which was on the 21st Sept. Still investigating ...

I also experienced the exact same pop up in work today. The pop up is an advertisment to take part in a survey for a chance to win £1000. I have this site, Photoshop and msn open. That is all. There ya go.

every time i try to access ctw after a bit (trning on pc, couple of hours, etc) i get 'unable to access web page'. does anyone else get this? after a couple of reboots/broadband modem turn off/on's, it's fine. it's [censored] annoying. 4 clubbers is fine, this website isn't y is my connection being such a [censored] dick

When you first enter clubtheworld.uk, and click on the "community" button, there is a large pause before the forums page appears. Because of the pause, it looks as though it's a bad link, or the browser has crashed, or you're not clicked exactly on the button, even though you have! Is there a way of changing the cursor to an hourglass while the forums page is loading? That way, people won't end up dumbly clicking on the link multiple times!
