seeing as a few people on here are getting into their techy hardhouse, i thought i would post a list of a few of my favourite techno/hardhouse crossover labels Hydrolix D.A.V.E. the drummers label. Powertools Ants label. most of the releases seem to have a good chunky beat too it. Bang On alot of their stuff isnt really that hardhousy but occationally somethings released that would work well. one of my most loved labels and they seem to be getting even better lately! RAW Guy Mcaffers label. not really too fond of this as ever release seems like a clone of the last. but if its hard pacey techno your after then this will do the trick. deffinatly worth ke…

  20. i find it quite commical when people say hardhouse is 'underground' as i know several mates who have never heard the name of a hardhouse club before, yet own atleast one hardhouse euphoria album. they even seemed to be advertised on the tele i'm not sure dance music is 'underground' anymore if i'm honnest. my some of the 'angry' hardcore is underground as it doesnt seem to get any radio/tv coverage

haven't bought any in ages so went on a rampage and came back with cd singles: Ron Van den Beuken - Timeless (keep on moving) nice little trance track this, pity about the cheesy vocals, but with vocal and dub mixes by ron van den beuken and ratty i don't have to have them Golden dance classics - Italo Disco 'Pulstar - Hypnosis' and 'end title (blade runner) cheesy disco tracks, interesting to see how i'm going to fit these into a set Gladiator - We Are Free fairly cheesy trance imo, with the lost brothers remix being the strongest mix Pedro Del Mar - Harder ?! been looking for the import i found a few years ago of this for ages as it has the Ra…

I wasnt going to bother posting this but I then I thought why not. This was mostly played live straight out of my synth to Cubase to record audio, but then with another couple of VSTis over the top, but I havent spent any time on setting up the levels correctly or compressing etc. - there is also far too much going on at one point lol My problem is I get too bored of all that and just prefer playing short melodies, which is why I've now moved onto the next one ! This was done last weekend (after I finally got a desk set up at home lol), god knows if it even falls into a genre lol, but what I want to do long term is more trancey stuff (i think :s) Download…

Was in the van last night, and listening to Tong on radio 1, and he played a tune with a sample of a woman saying: 'monday night, i went to the club, tueasday, to the club.......' and carries on throughout the week! Loved it! Any ideas?

Heard this last night, and i'm really loving it Maurice & Noble - Hoochie Coochie (Chemcial Records Realplayer Sample) Unfortunatly the sample they've given doesnt do the track justice for me as the best bit kicks in about 30 seconds towards the end. Definatly a worthy purchase!

I'm feeling incrediably generous tonight for some reason, might have had something to do with several beverages consumed... anyway heres the deal. A little while i go i got sent 2 copies of Freeloader - Pure Devotion, its a wicked bosher of a trancer, but its about a year old I think. Its the one with the F&W Tukan mix on it. If anybody wants it, PM ur address and i'll send it over, no worries about postage as i gotta get some perks out of working for a living!
