  4. This just strolled into record shops this week...if u like it..buy it..if u hate it let it be known... Review from Mixmag : "Rebirth – Kick It/Motherbitch – Audio Rehab Twice in the same chart, this doesn’t happen often but ReBirth pop up on the Audio Rehab label with a rough and rugged double that’s a worthy addition to the box. Kick It is a well produced number but it’s Motherbitch that oozes fun. It takes the porn style sample from the disco house number ‘Short Dick Man’ by 20 Fingers which, was a brief hit back in 1994 and injects some dance floor mayhem hard house style. This is great fun!" It seems to be going that way. its nice to see a variation to Hard House. just a shame its Funky or Hardcore (both genres i strongly dislike) Still - i'm not gonna moan because variety is the spice of life. Liam & Tommy: we will eventually convert them all to techno heads

Just got this off the K-Man himself and it's BOOOMBASTIC, not got the orgasm sample from the original but he works his magic as usual. On the flip side, there's a wicked remix of a classic old skool tune.

what do you define as cheesy? is there such thing as good cheesy tunes? for me it is ne thing with a fast beat (ie [blah]core etc). also vocals are an easy way to make a tune cheesy. not to say all vocal tunes are cheesy mind. just that its tricky to make vocal tunes which arnt. i hear lots of people rant on about how x is cheesy because it gets cained on the radio. personally i dont think thats the case. as for the 2nd question, i dont think there is good cheesy tunes. not to say EVERY cheesy tune is pute cheddar. some can be quite 'cheeky' so to speek and in that way fun to listen to. but imo it doesnt make it a good tune. but then i'm not saying all go…

I know this is gonna be a lame discription, but here it goes: Mark EG played this at tasty...probably about 30 mins from end of his set and i've also heard it played at twist before. The only thing i can describe about it is that in the break there are female voices (german i think) talking really quietly, practically whispering. It's an awsome tune thou, and think i'll defo be hearing more of it ~waits for no replies #

Right, as it's almost the end of the year, I reckon now is a good time to put down your chart of 2003. Name your top 10 (or top 5, top 15, top 20 - whatever!) tunes of the year, in whatever order you like, whatever genre you like etc. Mine are: (Funky/ Soulful/ Deep House in no order) 1. Hardsoul feat. Ron Carroll - Back Together (Hot22 Vocal Mix) [soulfuric] 2. Rasmus Faber feat. Emily McEwan - Ever After (Rasmus Faber Main Mix) [Farplane] 3. The Beard feat Amma - Call Me [NY Soul/ Inspirit] 4. Ben Watt - Lone Cat [buzzin' Fly] 5. Tweet - Boogie 2nite (Bobby D'Ambrosio remix) [White] 6. Grant Nelson - Feel The Music/ The Sound [swing City] 7. Loui…

  26. Just finally getting round to listening to Mod1's other Demo CDs and I have finally found a tune I've been after for AGES now - only problem is I still dont know the bloomin track-listing for this Demo. It is Track 7 on Mod1's "Furnace" Demo CD I personally think its the best Trance tune I've ever heard and I cant fault one single bit of it - amazing - been in my head since Ibiza 2002 when I hearn Armin play it. For me its far superior than the likes of Van D's For An Angel which everyone constantly goes on about. PLEASE let me know who this is by and the title of the track ASAP. (Disclaimer: James is and will always be shite at remebering trac…
