Anne Savage has come up trumps with this slice of Techno- Hard House, it's the absolute bollocks, especially where it breaks to an almost garage style baseline! Is this the next step for Hard Dance - mehtinks it could be!

What's it all about? I’ve wandered, what is the point of music, and why do we all love it so much? All music is really, is a rhythmical combination of sounds and voices, so why do we find it so pleaseing and enjoyable? If I aint at work I either seem to be listening to music, or I have a song or tune that's constantly reapeating itself in my head. There are different types of music genres associated with pretty much everything in life. You just can’t escape it! It does play a huge part in our lives doesn't it? How would our lives be without music to listen too? Would that void be filled by something else? And would society be entirely diff…

Sorry, had to post this because so many dance songs are nicking stuff from metal/industrial, and you kiddies have no idea. (Actually, I haven't heard the other version of Hellraiser, so it is probably just a coincidence that they share the same title), but after "[censored] Hostile" (Glazby - Pantera), "Drugs taking your lives away" ( ? - Sheep On Drugs), "Ding-a-ding dang my dang-a-long-a-ling-long" (Dingaling Lab 4 - Jesus Built My Hotrod - Ministry), "It's 5am, do you know where your children are" (? - Theme from Discotheque)...all samples I had heard in industrial/ebm before hard house got them, I figured I would embark on a (one song) crusade!!! This is fast pa…

Frantic residents.02 Mixed by Andy Farley This CD is a blinder! 17 tacks of hard dance mayhem. There's a few well known and well played tunes on here but still well worth it. Lots of BK, lost of Farley and a bit of Glazby. My favorite 5 from the cd are: 1: Ali Wilson & Matt Smallwood - Let the games begin. 2: Cappella - U got 2 know (joy kitikonti remix) 3: The edison factor - The curse of voodoo ray 4: BK & Dave Randall - Ascension 5: BK & Andy Farley - Khemical Imbalance Get it, you got too
