  11. The Phuture Collective is very proud to announce that after our teething problems with Studio 33, we have only managed to get our grubby little hands on what is in my opinion one of the most innovative and exciting clubs to hit our scene for years! It is of course the mighty "Fire" in Vauxhall! The club boasts the finest sound and light system in London, the latest technology rubberised dance floors, clean toilets and chilout areas, friendliest door, bar and coatcheck staff in the cosmiverse, reasonable bar prices and last but not least decent working airconditioning. The event is gonna be running slightly different to as previously advertised, as we were …

  23. Sadly I have to inform you that this gig looks unlikely to happen now. I have been trying to contact Paddy (The promoter) to finalise details. He has been completely un-contactable for weeks. This event was suuposedly being run by The Howard and Insomniacz, so I got in touch with Tom from somz who knew nothing about this. IT MUST POINT OUT THIS IS NOT TOMS FAULT! (or mine). I got in touch with the clubs owner Jimmy (Play 2) he he told me that he informed Paddy that there was no room for his event this summer, and that was at the start of the season!!! It appears that we have been told a pack of lies and this event was never even gonna happen. However Play 2's owner Jimmy …

  24. Pacha London is possibly the capitals most glamorous venue, with the possible exception of The Cross and I have been there for various Funky house events. Def-Mix, Hed Kandi, Kinky Malinki. But at no event was the atmosphere better, nor the sounds funkier, than at Dusted, (part of Serious) Regulars include Stormin Norman Jay, 2Funky, Rob Marmont Femi Fem ect. But this month the good folks at Dusted are going one better. None other than Ex-Take That star himself Howard Donald will be taking to the wheels. Various female, or even male members of a certain age will no doubt have gone a bit gooey, at that thought. Serious Members get in for £10, + 2 Guests on a conce…

  25. Everyone! (espescially those in Sheffield) please come to ALCHEMY in Sheffield on Bank Holiday Sunday August 24th. 9pm-3am If this night is a success it will become a regular event, and don't we all know Sheffield needs some regular weekend Trance! If you've never been to The Fez in Sheffield I will tell you that it is a very tidy venue. It holds 400 people, but whilst it is small it is very well layed and out and well decorated with good lighting and a fantastic soundsystem. Full line-up: Marc West Andi Durrant Stevie G Ol Brooks NJ Roddy Hopefully see you there! http://www.UKClubbers.net

  27. A very special event as part of Bar Rumba's 10th Birthday celebrations, and also marking the first anniversary of International Rescue, we are proud to present: "Where Life Begins" tour featuring: Larry 'Mr Fingers' Heard (Alleviated Recs) + Brett Dancer (Track Mode Recs) LARRY HEARD, known to us all as Mr Fingers, is one of the true originators of House Music... With a discography that stretches back to the early 80’s, Larry Heard created one of the 'sounds' that defined house - pure electronic music, of the deepest kind, yet with more warmth than seems possible! Whether it’s a haunting instrumental, a worldwide hit like “Can You Feel It” (famed for…

  28. Right here it goes: Basically i've been offered the opportunity to either A: have a CTW room (which would most probably be hard dance) at Smile @ Sahara nights (kings cross London) or B: have CTW DJ's playing in various rooms on one particular night. As this promotion has old skool, trance, funky, and hard dance rooms. so basically i what to know what every one would prefer, a CTW room with one music policy or CTW DJ's playing in different rooms. I'll be looking to get this night off the ground late August or Earl Sept (whats best for everyone?) and really need to know if enough CTW'er would come as would not be worth it otherwise. *if anyone coul…
