LoudSound would like to apologise to those people who had to wait for far too long to enter Alexandra Palace for Tiesto on Friday April 20th. We can assure you the event had the correct staffing levels and that the operation used at the main entrance was one operated by the venue frequently. We have discussed the matter at length with the venue management and the security contractor and have identified the problems that will be addressed for future shows at this venue.
