With the Tidy Weekender still fresh in our minds, Tidy Trax delivered the second of their one-two double punch for this time of year, and the third Tidy London once again failed to dissappoint... The evening started off with the various CTW factions assembling themselves in All Bar One opposite Victoria Station. Special mentions to Johnny for leaving his makeup bag behind, and for James turning up slightly worse for wear. Must be his age, bless him. Anyways, champagne was ordered, merriment was had and we generally worked ourselves into an almost religious fervour. The revealing of LionelTheVinyl came as great amusment to the other people in the bar, particular…

If you're from/close to Scotland, and not going to some other major event I'm sure CTW has planned for November 16th, Dutch producer/dj LUCIEN FOORT (yuuummmmyyyy music), will be spinning at Majestica in Edinburgh. Progressive techy House..... Even if that's not your favorite style, after 30 minutes there, you'd change your mind. He's DYNAMITE!! If you're interested, drop a note and I'll give him your name for the guestlist.

As ever SS North 'ad it large!!!!!!!!!!! Just thought I'd post this before I went to bed, after [names censored] Special K marathon has just finished. Our mini Ketathon started at about 3am at [place censored] (yes the train station!), where we had to wait for a train for a couple of hours. It then seemed like a good idea to carry it on at home, so we did. 6 hours later and 1.5g Ket hoovered by the 3 of us... but yes it was worth it!

Was this the biggest CTW night so far?, judge for yourselves, I, am merely the messenger. Humbly reporting the facts. The facts which will be told, retold, and told again. and again. They will become the legend of the night, the night when CTW did the HIPPODROME. I suppose it all started the day that Bunnykins dropped her mobile phone down the bog. I (big ee) had been liasing with Bunnykins around the possibility of meeting up for Scream's birthday. Obviously much of this had taken place via mobile. Clearly once her poor moby had been drowned, Bunnykins was left in the lurch, and I offered to bring a replacement when we met up at Yates's (OR SO I THOUGHT!!!) on Thur…

Pure genius. The played for a good 2 and a half hours and had the crowd dancing with every chord. Right from the start the tunes belted from 2 months off through to Dark and Long and then slowly moving towards Born Slippy, over the two hours all the greats were played. The atmosphere was electric the Underworld lads even more. In if any one has the chance to go and see them live then do as they are possibley the best live dance act around at the moment.

I have just been contacted by the XLR8 people, apparently there are very few on the door places left, as this is the last one it will be very busy! Now I know what you guys are like pissing about with meet ups, people showing up late, etc etc, this is just to say that if you want to get in, I suggest that you make the effort and get there on time to avoid dissappointment! I will be leaving All Bar 1 before 11pm to get there in time. The choice is yours.

What to say....... The general consensus from the people I went with was "disappointing". As you can imagine, everybody was very up for this event, I even went out and bought myself a new outfit, we were in the queue at 9.15, all was looking good. We get inside, and there is an "oldies" set being played. Fair enough if you like that sort of thing, not my cup of tea. The first disappointment (and personally the biggest disappointment for me), was when the set finished, Madders jumped on stage and thanked Mr Farley....Mr Farley, first on, with an "oldies" set, didn't say anything about that on the flier. After that, I lost track a bit of who was DJing, (never b…
