its wap enabled and can recieve multimedia, but when i enter a web addy it just wont have it!

ian, what model is it?...

If it has IR or bluetooth, these are much better for downloading files to moby's + they are free.

If you want to upload through wap, ideally it should be GPRS enabled, if u want to access html jpgs ect, rather than dial up wap which won't like anything other than text only wap pages.
