Nope. Havn't even got a single craving. Well chuffed.

I had 3 cigs on nye and thats all ive had in the last 3 weeks... Ive promised myself no more from now on

I'm on the quit too, only 2 days so far, but no cravings. Probably cos I ain't drinking too.

Lisa - I too am going from 20+ a day to 0 and I am finding it really easy. As you said earlier, it's because I / we really want to do it this time !

 

& it does get easier as I say im not craving at all & I dont think about it now either

Why doesn't CTW follow the government?

every time I gave up I found the first three week are the worst & associated smoking is hard (like the phone rings an go for fags as well)

yeh this is it Pete, it is more a case of breaking the actual habit of it, as you say when the phone goes, after a meal etc etc. get past that & your flying

 

i hope now im past all the craving & out of the habit I dont fall of the wagon

I slowed down 200 a week to less than 100 and my pocket said "thanx"

I've only known two people ever successfully give up for any length of time before - they just stopped as well, no patches no help. It's a case of really wanting to as Maria/Lisa have said.

 

I'm chuffed to bits for ya, 'cos I know how much it can mean to people to be able to stop.
