I'm on a C food diet . . .

 

 

I see food and eat it

well my diet officially started today, have a stone to lose, well thats my goal

I take it all the xmas sweets have gone then !

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hides the 3/4 tin of Roses & all the crisps

nope, still got lots of choccies left but im steering clear

 

It's gonna be hard cos I love my grub but im getting chubs so need to sort it out

I can resist anything apart from temtation

 

 

only ever met 1 girl who says she does not need to diet but then a sparrow eats more

Being a sensible lad I continued exercising over the xmas break and gained no weight.

i don't ever diet

 

but boxing day i could seriously feel the pounds had been piled on. had to undo my trousers and my zip a bit i had put on so much

yeah I ate WAY too much over christams and new year. But as im sure you're aware - I probs needed it lol.

 

Besides, and NYE getting trollied and dancing my ass off usually burns it all off.

i put four pounds on and was real happy, but then i went out new years eve and had two nites clubbing. so i imagine ive lost all what i put on and more
