god i hate to say this but porridge (oats so simple) is really better for you in the morning. it gives you slow release energy for a long time, so it's good for breaky then you don't get hungry till lunch.

 

if you have it at night tho it's good, because it means you won't feel hungry when you're asleep.

ps if you wanna help tone up it's best to leave a longer time between your last meal and going to sleep cos otherwise you don't burn off the fat in what you eat.

 

the longer you leave it, the more time ur body has to burn of d fat before you sleep.
