I rarely have them, as im trying, very hard it is too, to lose weight as ive gained so much since quiting the cigs etc

Dani I was not far off that then lost a fair bit through exercise etc & then got the old salmonella & went to about 6 stone & now im creeping back up to the big size again eeeek

here my gut is popping now!!!

 

i took too many drugs and was caining it every weekend after i had shay and was only eating from wednesday to friday properly cos of come downs so jus lost it

 

wasnt good

 

was size 12/14 wen on here and with si

jus worked out and was doin the base too very wrong to loose so much

It's cheese from cyprus, a nice blend of cow, goat and sheep's milk.

 

You fry it and it don't melt, awesome with a fry up.
