am now into my 3rd week of not smoking and i'm well happy. i even passed the dreaded hurdle of a nite out and craving one, but didn't miss it one jot

i quit 3 months ago and now jus the odd 1 wen out or real stressed haha

 

but it aint like i want them all the time now

 

 

i feel so much better now for quitting the 'orrible little things

 

it's a fucking bastard though trying to light a patch

 

 

i used them once to kick the silk cut in, but got more nicotene from the patch than the silk cut

i smoke still.......i aint got the will power to give up yet

lmao my mum got addicted to the patches

 

 

at least they're free, unlike the cigs

they are free for so long and then u have to pay

 

its sumat like a month free and then up to u

 

 

i've jus got my 2nd months supply, and i'm buggered if i'm paying nearly £30 for them. anyway....i've never paid for a script yet

ah well u i guess are like me in the land of un working ppl

 

 

at the mo yes.......but i've got an appeal going through at work against my sacking. manager bribed two members of staff with promotion if they put statements in saying i had been stealing from bags, which they did the c*#ts

what the fuck,,,,,thats wrong mate

did u get proof of these ppl getting bribed have u managed to get them to admitt it

 

 

i only found out today from a m8 who's still there. if i'd have known earlier, i would have used it in my appeal. still.....handy for the tribunal if it gets that far. the union are pulling out all the stops to overturn it. one guy put in a statement he told his teamleaders, butr there was no statements from those teamleaders
