STEP AEROBICS, COMBAT AEROBICS AND HORSE RIDING R THE BEST EXERCISE

how do u exersize by sitting on a horse????????????????

 

dont jog myself hen, but i give it a shot now n then n they got a treadmill up at the gym so i know what its like for bushy there

i used todo cross country and showjumping and it is really good exercise you dont just sit up there doing nothing you know domo lol

 

plus all the mucking out, trecking up n down fields fetching in, lugging hay nets, waterbuckets, feed buckets around the yard helps aswell

 

cant wait to get my horse back i miss it soooo much

and fine then u lug about when ur lookin after ur horse but u sed horse riding.

ok u squish ur balls (if u have any that is lol ) and i guess u have to squeeze ur legs so that u keep hold of the horse without fallin off lol and maybe some arm work holdin onto the wee tassle or whatever its called
