yep, as you wont burn it off like you should when awake. will help going to the gym, but it is still not advisable. i think it something like 3hrs before you sleep that you should eat. i think.

My eating times are welll fooked up - all over the shop - feel fine though, I wouldnt worry about it...

Key thing is to...

1) Sleep when you are tired

2) Eat when you are hungry

3) Eat some kind of breakfast (I dont do this :s)

Far too many people settle into a routine - which is very unhealthy IMO

I shouldn't eat late at night because it leaves me with terrible hunger pains that make me feel really sick the next morning.

Which prevents me from eating hardly anything the next day.

yes actually it is bad 4 u thats why fat ppl are fat cos mostly they eat late on the night so they dont burn the fat off tongue.gif

hehe c i did go to science

Iv Come Here Today To Chew Bubblegum And
Kick Ass And Im All Outta Bubblegum

i personally nevr understood this myself. as long as you use the same amount of calories everyday then why does it matter when you eat it? you might burn it up less slowly as you sleep but you burn it up faster when you wake up again blink.gif

Fat people are fat because most of them only get off their lazy arses to answer the door to the pizzaman...

There's an easy equation

if calories in are more than colories out then you get fat...

We'd all be gluttons if we wanted to... but willpower is one of the finest things any of us ever learn.

the fact that my parents never rewarded me with sweets mean that I don't have a Pavlov's association with them and can therefore resist their temptations as I see fit

(no puddings would be a different story- boy was the chocolate souffle with toffee ice cream I had last night fantastic-actually it was two. One dark and one white chocolate... ok now I need to find some chocloate)

i've noticed with a few friends and myself included that my metabolism seems to have rocketed ever since i ahd glandular fever when i was young. since they it's been extremely difficult to pput on much weight at all.

When i actually used to do weights to try and bulk up a bit the amount i ate was just stupid. although my housemates think that now actually anyways blink.gif

so sod the diet, go snog someone with glandular fever and when you recover, not only will you have lost lots of weight being so ill but it'll be hard to put it on again! tongue.gif

I was just going to say that. You're still taking in the same number of calories and burning off the same number of calories, just at different times. What's the difference ?
