To be honest it definatly is quite bad for you.

 

Was reading something not long ago and its possible to lose loads of weight by just adjusting the times that you eat rather than how much (obviously it helps to eat healthily)

 

Quite a few of my friends won't eat anything after 7 at night, EVER. I've tried to tempt them with late night pizzas but they've got enough will power to.... well i don't know, but they've got lots

i would imagine so since i do eat a stupid amount. as i said earlier i'm sure it's something to do with the glandular fever i ahd cos it was never that fast up until then.

I think I'll stick to having my beer belly rather than using Glandular Fever to diet.

proabably the best idea. not s though i volunteered to be ill and bed bound for the best part of a month!

I do like the sound of being in bed for a month tho!

not when it takes all your energy to roll over drink from a glass of water, put it down and then be shattered for the next half hour or so

Sounds like me anyway, but maybe thats just the hangover I have every morning

So where do all these calories go exactly ?

hangovers are eeeeevil/ especially hangovers form drinking multiple types of drinks. red wine, white wine, port, spirits, cier and alcopops combo which i tend to have at most formal dinners seem to take that sort of route.

Agreed. It won't stop me drinking tho.
