James - Yeah i had a good one, considering i didn't go out or have eggs (on a diet) i still had really a nice chilled weekend in, gonna go see family later too!! I feel old. xx

people insisted on giving me eggs too even though im supposed to be on a diet.

Haha people KNOW not to give them to me.. plus it helps that sister is on the same diet so people are doubley aware.

well i guess i could always donate them to a good cause but you know...

 

i do need to start cutting out the crap and exercising more because im going on holiday in 10 weeks and need to tone up ready for my bikini!

 

you on any specific diet? or just a general eat healthy and exercise?

i will self lessly offer to take any eggs from people that they don't want

well ill tell you what. you come all the way to preston and you can have mine!

I'm on weight watchers hun, have lost nearly 2 stone so far on it!!

 

 

Wana be in shape if i manage to have a holiday this year.. bikinis aren't very clever at hiding excess fat are they

i got one and then trav bought me some ferero rocher and mini eggs

 

but jus been me and shay and neon came down with me new pc

had a good day today with trav jus went to feed the ducks with shay and watched soaps and trying to get his site sorted before he buggers off to crete :crys:

cool! well done!

 

my plan is just to eat healthly and go swimming 2 or 3 times a week. i just need to tone up a bit - loose the bulges on my hips and flatten my belly and ill be happy.

i do the hiphop work out 1 and 2 twice a week and yoga on the other days lol

 

worked a treat and getting toned up for summer camp
