HAd to uninstall my nortons, but I left my disc at my dads, so my pc is currently unprotected, does any1 know a site where I can download a free virus removal thing as a temp measure please??

I need an easy to follow anti-virus program too - Lisa what one did u click on for this one? I installed AVG last wk and it caused more probs than was worth - think it actually gave me a virus rather than protected it

on the left of screen is a list of things, click on the free avg, its well simple to follow & sorted me out hon

Dont know why but it keeps crashing my pc Maybe their site is down at the mo - dont know but I got as far as 17% downloaded and the whole pc shut down - now the program wont load at all - jsut comes up page will not display - v odd
