or

 

Both together then heat

 

 

Mines all sloopy

Not had ready break in years

 

Love porridge & pour the milk cold milk on it when it's done & have to cook it with salt too

Yeh the quitting the cigs probably hasnt helped either but to be honest ive not replaced the cigs with food though!! just popped a stick of chuggie gum in my gob when I craved

warm the milk first and you get the first lot crunchy - i prefer em all soggy n sweet though when i havent eaten mush all wkend n need taste back in my mouth

Haven't eaten it in yeaaaaars, don't plan to start either as it reminds me of baby sick

Only thing I could think of eating this morning .. must of done FAR too much yakking at weekend ... i've a right gravelly gob on me today

i hate the day after the weekend cos im always hungry as dnt really eat much atthe wkend but cant fancy anything always make something really nice have 2 bites and give up
