Shane and i had this chat the other night when i stopped at his, that if you eat cheese before bed, you have the wildest dreams. I do it most nights, as does he.

 

Does this affect anyone else?

its hard to digest, which means your tempreture hightens, thus causing you not to sleep deeply and stay in R.E.M (rapid eye movement, not the band) which is when you dream, and the imagination runs away with you

s'there...i'd also heard cos it's hard to digest it takes blood away from ur brain while u sleep (blood goes to digestion)...meaning....something about stuff to do with your brain having less blood while you sleep

Doesnt affect me at all.. but then again I have some pretty fooked up dreams as it is.

 

Sometimes I wish that I could live inside my head...its really a wonderful place.

the last three nights i have had the maddest dreams. going to bed is like going to the cinema at the moment!!! not sure if it's cheese related though
