Im not a happy chappy today! Topped up my phone last night with £10 and about 9pm last night i recived 3 messages saying..

 

1/3 11 MAY :Recp. You have orderd a SMS Art. your order will be processed shortly

 

2/3 11MAY: Your SMS Art will be with you shortly

 

3/3 11MAY: he next message you recive willbe your SMS Art.

 

Wankers i have not orderd shit all and i never recived no fucking sms Art and it cost me £9

 

Im fucking livid twats did not even leave a nuumber or anything for me to find out who its from or who orderd it.

Its not like i can complian to O2 either as they charge 50 p/m and they ask you loads of stupid questions when u ring to and they blatently have not got a clue what there doing hakf the time.

 

God dam phones

use someones house phone or the phone at work to ring and complain to O2 then. Im sure theyll at least be able to tell you who theyre off so you can cancel. I think it sounds like a subscription thing so if u dont cancel it ull keep getting them every time you top up

go into o2 shop also or tro trading standards with it

thats why i never subscribe to anything and only get ringtones direct from a free wap site or o2s own site

yeah 50 a minute is crazy innit. i complain too them but it does no good. even if u go into a 02 shop they end up telling u too ring 02.
