yeah, according to the dvd commentry, he wanted to drop down to 100lbs in weight, but they wouldnt let him because he could die

is it true your body can start breaking down & digesting your organs if you rapidly starve yourself?

if you do a lot ofexercise and don't eat properly, your body starts using MUSCLE as a source of protein - so you can train, and loose muscle

Maybe I should do that then, not eat hardly at all, with all my chunky bits I could probably go for about 4 weeks without food.

Yes, it is. Thats the reason he had the can of tuna each day because it contains proteins to stop this happening
