13stone was target for me over last year (im 5'11 in height though). On 21st birthday last july, I decided I wanted to 'fill out' a bit more as I only weighed 68kg, and over 11months I have been watching what I eat and going to gym a few times a week... Upto 80kg pretty much on the dot now which im happy with (even though it is 3kg less then 13stone) :-)

 

google is NOT the answer to life the universe and everything, but it's great at converting stuff to other stuff.
