But then its also true that using 'first world' toilets gives you a 90% increased chance of developing colon cancer....this is why colon cancer doesnt exist in places like africa (although that could also be because they usually die of aids before cancer has chance to attack??)

 

As a species, we are supposed to 'excreet' in the squat position (although obviously blokes can pee anyway they want ) and the fact we dont is why we are prone to that specific cancer
