Was turning right at traffic lights road was clear and half way through the manoeuvre the cunting fuck came over the hill and straight into the side of me. The whole front wing, light and bumper on the passenger side is smashed to shit.

 

I'm liable since it was his right of way but the fact remains the road was clear when I started to turn across his path and if he had been driving with due care he wouldn't have gone into me.

 

Quite amusing as he was telling me he was gonna press charges and sue me in the civil courts then got a bit upset when I didn't get scared and explained to him there was nothing he could do, so he proceeded to call me a "fucking prat" for the next 10 minutes.

 

He got even more pissed off when I started having a laugh and joke with the coppers when they turned up. He was a fucking moron, but at least his car was more fucked than mine.

 

The insurance companies can sort it out now, it's just an inconvenience but my mum wanted a new car anyway. And it means I don't have to go to work today and tomorrow as I can't get there.

 

And yes Maria I'm still allowed on holiday, think my allowance will be cut though.

He may have been doing bout 35 in a 30 but no way to tell, but yea it would seem sensible to most coming over a hill approaching a junction that you'd slow down.
